Mint Duct Cleaning

Mint Duct Cleaning was referred to me by a couple of my neighbours who sang praises for the business. Seeing that my new house never had any duct cleaning done, and I suffer from asthma, we decided to put faith in our neighbours' recommendations.

Lo and behold, Ray did not disappoint because he turned up on time, which is absolutely amazing to note when people value their and your time. Time is money!

Ray and his team were very well versed in explaining to us, all of our options and which ones they felt would be suitable for us. They explained the process, then showed us the process by making little videos and photos to show the before and after. It really helped us in seeing exactly what we were doing and why it needed to be done.

Ray was amazing.This is what a business that provides service to the public should be like. Courteous and friendly. After the cleaning the air circulation has improved greatly and my allergies has been reduced immensely. There is much less dust on the furniture and kitchen cabinets that we have noticed before. Referred Ray to my daughter's house and she has as experienced the same result.

I called up Ray for Duct cleaning and he responded swiftly! He was very professional and told me about the different packages. I ended choosing the gold package that was the best value for a total clean. When Ray and Paris came, they were on time, professional and very courteous. Ray was absolutely amazing. Not only did he do an excellent job cleaning the vents, ducts, ac but he also took the time to explain how everything works which I especially appreciated as a first time homeowner. I learned a lot! Plus, he noticed an issue with my ac drainage and truly went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me. Rayan is the best! He was very professional, honest and doesn’t over charge his customers. He will only charge for his service that he performs. He was very knowledgeable and his advises are very helpful. He was very detailed, explained everything and showed us what he’s going to do (including the video). He also sealed extra areas that are leaking air from the furnace, and sanitized after his work.

Rayan (the owner) showed up did a complete walk around (counting all the vents) and explained everything I needed to hear about the process. Showed me options. My house is 3000 sq ft took him and his helper over 2 hours but they did an amazing job. He stuck his phone with the camera on inside the ducts as he cleaned them. Lots of companies out there and many do not even do half the work he did. I have had multiple companies and thanks to Homestars I think I finally found one that I will re-use. He left a sticker on the furnace vent and said hope to see me in 3 years.

Ray and Anthony are true professionals. They arrived exactly on time for our scheduled appointment and got right to work. Ray was very clear while explaining everything he would be completing and did so very efficiently. Included in the duct cleaning was also the dryer vent which happened to be on the second floor and the hose would need to most likely come through my daughter’s bedroom window. When I mentioned this to Ray, he without hesitation hoped on the ladder up to the roof to get the job done. He estimated the job would take 4-5 hours and ended up staying for 6 hours working diligently the entire time. Even when it came to the hose, he ensured all protection necessary was taken to protect all the surroundings and any possible damage to the house. The pricing was competitive and the job was completed exactly to my expectations. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.
