Ray and Yousef were hard-working and thorough during the duct/furnace/dryer cleaning and were more than happy to explain their steps, provide tips, and answer any questions I had. Extremely happy with the results.

This is our first time using this service (and having our ducts cleaned). I would definitely recommend them. Ray and his staff are very professional, know exactly what they are doing and take great care while in your house. He explains everything he is doing and they even had a plan for our 2 cats so they weren't too spooked (the process is a little loud). And now our house smells fresh and clean! Ray and Yusuf arrived 35 minutes early for the appointment, which to me is amazing. Both were wearing masks, takeoff their shoes and asked for permission to start in the basement . Yusuf explained in extreme detailed everything that they were going to do. They had us view the ducts with a camera after cleaning all the ducts from the second floor to the basement. They use an organic disinfectant (no chemicals). Our house smelled great! They were very professional throughout all their work and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company 100% to everyone that asks me for a duct cleaning company.
