My partner and I were so happy to finally come across Elegant Bathrooms. After checking out several other local showrooms, we found exactly what we were looking for. Patrick has a beautiful, spacious showroom with a stylish variety of vanities, faucets, shower systems and more. Everything is laid out in a way that makes it very easy to “visualize” how things will come together. Patrick walked us through all of the options and asked the questions that we never even thought of. We ordered and received our order quickly. Patrick was extremely helpful when we ran into issues with our contractor. He provided guidance, assistance and help well after the sale. This is such a rare level of service these days!

Their showroom is amazing, and when i go to remodel my bathroom, their quick, helpful response and great selection will put them at the top of my list!!

Betty did an amazing job of guiding me through my bathroom dilemma. She was patient and quite knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Betty took her time to explain to me the best options in troubleshooting the temperature of the water as I have gotten previous advice that would land me to a more invasive option. Our shower needed to be replaced due to a small leak and we took advantage of this opportunity to enlarge it and improve upon the existing one.

We had a plan to attend the Ancaster Home show, but were unable. So we checked on the companies that had participated and found Elegant Bathroom. After reviewing the web site we felt they would be able to help us.

So we visited the showroom in Stoney Creek and that is where we met Patrick the owner. After some discussion it was decided we needed a visit from Patrick which happened with a few days. He a really good guy to deal with. He listened to what our vision was, asked lots of questions to fully understand what we wanted and he helped us understand what was possible in the space we had to work with. He spent time reviewing the possibilities on line and we came up with a general plan of where we wanted to go.

Next step was to meet two days later at the showroom, review samples, colors, etc and come up with pricing. He had great suggestions and worked with us to get what we wanted and was respectful of our budget. By the time we left we had made our deposit. I have to say Patrick is a man of his word, he ordered everything, sorted timing etc, kept us in the loop, and construction started as planned after he knew he had everything lined up. We wanted it done before Christmas and it was. Lots of contractors give you plan, this was thought out and maintained. Day by day we knew what was going on.

We then meet Nick, he was the main individual doing the work. If you are fortunate to have this gentleman on your project, you have won the lottery. We liked him from the moment he arrived and started. He kept us informed each. We can not say enough good things about Nick, he is meticulous and respects your home and everything you have. Each day the work was done and a plan for the next.

In addition to Nick there was Phil who installed the glass and marble and Adam the electrician for the pot lights. We had the same experience with these two guys as well. They were great!!

We can't say enough about all of these people who spent time in our home getting this completed.

The project is now done, we are so happy with the quality and outcome of it. We can't say enough positive things about Elegant Bathrooms and the team of people who did the work and would wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you Patrick, Nick, Phil and Adam.

We decided to go with Elegant Bathrooms because we found Patrick and his staff very knowledgeable about our needs, our budget and his products. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner. During the renovation Ian treated our home like was his own always cleaning up and keeping the area tidy. He always said good morning and asked questions about the placement of items if he was unsure. Any issues that came up were dealt with right away with solutions that made us both happy. Our bathroom was done on schedule. Patrick was easy to contact and was not happy until we were. Our bathroom is better than we imagined it would be. Elegant Bathrooms went above and beyond.
