Jonathan and his team did a beautiful job renovating our main bathroom! The job was not without a few surprises and unexpected challenges (as to be expected in a house >100 years old). They were troopers, completing much of the work during the HOTTEST week of the summer! Jonathan's stellar communication skills, attention to detail and skilled craftmanship made the experience very positive. The project started a bit later and lasted longer than expected, but the final product was well worth the wait. When issues were encountered, he offered various solutions (and price points), and was receptive to feedback when we asked for changes or minor fixes. The tradespeople who he coordinated for the work were pleasant and respectful of our living space. Jonathan and team left our house tidy and clean at the end of each workday and we were really appreciative that they did their best to prevent dust and debris from entering other living areas! We have been enjoying the new space for several months now and are happy with the quality of the work. Definitely would recommend this small business to others looking to renovate. I am very happy and satisfied with my newly finished basement. Jonathan and his team were very professional in their work, polite, and easy to communicate with. Starting from the vision of what would be the best design for the available space and structure, to quality of material used, to commitment to finishing the project in time, to cleanliness of the work area. I did a lot of research before hiring All Pro Renovations and I'm so glad I chose them! Jonathan and Stefan did a great job and were very professional. Jonathan has a very calming personality that really helped as I was quite nervous about my first reno. He helped us choose finishes but ultimately left it up to us. He kept us informed of everything all along the way. The tradespeople he brought in were very good as well. Every day they laid down drop sheets from the front door all the way to the bathroom upstairs and they even vacuumed and tidied up everything at the end of the day. Customer service was #1 and I don't think we could have asked for more. Great job!

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Jon and Stef are extremely professional and always communicating what they are doing. They finished 1100 sq. ft. in our basement and you can see the quality and care of their work in every inch. We don’t have enough great things to say about All Pro. Anyone considering work done on their home would be wise to choose this company. You get great communication and quality of work every step of the way.

This project involved a walking bath installer and Jonathan's team.
Jonathan was very professional and worked well with the other contractor. He was always ready to provide suggestions but made it very clear that the final decision would be ours.
After each days work his team would clean up and leave the place in good shape.

Where do I start! Our experience with All Pro Renovations was beyond our expectations. Jonathan and his team were wonderful to work with and we would recommend them to anyone who wants a spectacular job from a trustworthy business.

Our master bathroom renovation turned out absolutely beautiful! The renovation consisted of a complete gut of our existing shower, vanity, floor and tub surround. We chose to re-use our tub and toilet. We also replaced our single sink vanity with a double sink and added an extra light fixture and electrical outlet to the additional sink.

From the initial consultation right to the final day of installations and finishes, Jonathan took into consideration every detail. He is a wonderful individual and made sure he communicated every aspect of the job to us. When issues came up (as they do in many renovations), Jonathan made sure to provide us with multiple options for solutions and compromises that still kept with our vision for the final product. We could not be happier! Jonathan was very personable and we enjoyed our chats with him.

The All Pro team were all polite, punctual and hard working. The team takes extra care to ensure that their presence in your home is not overbearing or uncomfortable in any way. They even took the time to greet our dog and made her feel at ease. They laid out drop cloths at the start of each workday and really made sure that our home was as clean as possible after each day. The team vacuumed and kept the mess to a minimum, which is a huge benefit to any homeowner. I can’t express how impressive it was to lock up after them each day and not have to clean up. All Pro understands that the homeowner has to live in their home after they leave and really kept the upheaval to a minimum.

Jonathan uses quality trades whose work is equally as impeccable. His tile, plumbing and glass trades were all respectful of our home and produced quality work. It is easy to see why he trusts these trades with all of his projects. We know other people who have done similar renovations with similar finishes to ours and all have said that ours came out better.

Jonathan did not cut any corners and made sure that we were 100% happy with our finished bathroom before he took his final payment. If there was a single mark on the wall that was unsatisfactory to us, he made sure to fix it. His attention to detail and consideration to customer service was amazing. You can really tell that he takes pride in his work and pride in his business. We will not hesitate to hire Jonathan again for our next renovation and we recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for a reputable and fair contractor.

Jonathan Santos is everything you want in a contractor. His carpentry and finishing work is impeccable, but what really shines is his approach to customer service.

We faced a number of challenges finishing the basement of my almost-100-year-old house. We were limited by a fairly low ceiling height, an uneven floor, and water leaking in. But he met each challenge head on, and really went beyond what most contractors would do.

He might be a little chatty, but I really appreciated being kept in the loop and up to date on what was happening throughout the project. He doesn’t cut corners and uses quality materials. He is honest and dependable.

For example, when there was minor hiccups, like the pilot light on my water heater going out, or someone accidentally mistook the furnace shutoff for a light switch... Jonathan came over right away to help troubleshoot. Evenings, weekends... didn’t matter. You can’t put a price on that piece of mind, and with Jonathan it’s included.

He makes sure the rest of his team has the same strong work ethic. Stefan, Liam, Jeff, Mike and anyone else coming on site, were all very polite, respectful, and always left the space tidy at the end of the day.

His pride in his work and attention to detail shows throughout, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again for any future projects and I recommend him whole heartedly to anyone looking to do any home renovations.
