I had to fix my flat roof and obtained quotes from several companies. Some companies mentioned that I needed a brand new flat roof, others said I needed a new chimney as well. They were the only company that didnt try to upsell me and gave me an honest estimate and recommendation. We met with a handful of contractors to discuss the work we wanted to get done so making a choice between similar prices and options can be overwhelming. The Longley team were patient and professional and gave us space and information to make the best choice for our home. They consulted with us on options and came out to the house more than once to discuss the process and make a plan we were comfortable with. I really liked the progress photos and it helped me to feel connected to the project while I couldn't be there. They made sure to do a full walk through with us once the work was complete and ensure we were happy with every aspect of the work completed. When we had questions they made sure to go over them with us fully. We were very happy with the outcome. Our home was warmer this past winter, has been water tight and frankly looks like a different house! much improved!

Even though I had received quotes for less, I made my mind up to go with Longley after meeting Josh and talking through my options. He was responsive, incredibly professional and I was confident he knew his business. Roof vents needed to be replaced to stop animals from entering my roof. Longley Roofing was quick to respond and was at my house within 2 business days to review the issue and back within 2 days to fix the issue. Longley Roofing recommended three options to repair the damage, and gave clear answers / quotations for all three options allowing me to make an informed decision. Repair took just over three hours, including clean up. Highly recommend to anyone requiring roof repair or new roof.
