Issa came and gave us a quote for this job last year. We decided to delay it and contacted him again this year. I fully expected a price hike especially with limited materials available but he honoured the quote. The job was done in two and a half days. He arranged the locates by the city and as soon as they came, he booked our job less than a week later. The fence is sturdy and fully private. The gates are heavy with heavy duty latches. He added a decorative cut out and only charged the insert, no added labour. Issa and his team were organized and efficient. We were very happy.

I ran into a bind with a previous contractor that bailed on me at the last minute. Luckily, I found Issa to save me out of this challenge. He came through, did the excavation needed on short notice and worked through the litany of challenges working in the tight spaces of the city.

This was part of a larger project that had a lot of different contractors involved. Working with many contractors over the years I've gotten to know what makes a good one from the bad ones, and Issa is one of the keepers. He can work through the challenges of a construction project with his can-do solution focused approach. While many others are just citing the problems and throwing their hands in the air, Issa is able to see through to solutions while working well with the group and timelines.

Issa was also good and responding, communicating what's possible, and doing what he says he will do. I appreciated his reliability.

After working so well on a tough project with a tough timeline I don't have enough good things to say about him.

Replacing the rotten fences with new sturdy fences was done quickly and with care for the existing garden. The new fences are straight and the gates work well. What more can you ask for?

We needed a section of fence repaired and Premium Construction came highly recommended. Being a fairly small project, they were able to fit us into their schedule within a couple of weeks, which was a great bonus.

Issa arrived the same afternoon I called him to take a look at the existing fence and provided a quote on the spot.

The work was completed in several stages, with different crews specializing in each stage (digging post-holes, placing posts, and finishing the fence).

At each stage, the work area was kept clean and tidy so we weren't left with a big mess. This was very much appreciated as it's right next to our pool, so we were still able to use the pool while the work was being completed.

Issa was true to his original quote and didn't mind billing separately for myself and my neighbour. He stands by his work and told me to call him if we have any problems.

We're very happy with our new fence... the only problem is, now we want to replace the rest of it too!

Although he was delayed a day he let me know and finished the work in two days. We needed to have it done before we were entertaining the next week and he did not let us down. Issa's team replaced the section of fence professionally and made sure we were happy with the end result.

He took his time with making sure the quote was correct. The work itself was good quality and very rapid, with no mess created and no damage to the yard. Issa replaced 5 broken posts, some fencing and installed 2 beautiful gates for my neighbor and I in Georgetown south. The job was done in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price!
