We have used Sina twice now for a/c install, then again at our new house for an a/c repair. Our a/c stopped working, and when we contacted Sina he was able to come in less than an hour. Fixed unit with parts on hand, very knowledgeable, professional and fair prices. Highly recommend, hands down the best! Thank you again for the excellent service Sina!! Will use again in the future.

I am currently doing a kitchen renovation and I have removed a load bearing wall that also housed a duct pipe that was heating an upper bedroom. I needed the heating to be relocated from that place to another adjacent place. Local Heating and Cooling came to my place a few times and we discussed strategy on where to best place. Sina is very knowledgeable and when time came to have the work done, I was impressed by the precise cutting that he did on the plaster wall so as to make room to install the heating pipe. His work is clean, fast and was done well. The City came and inspected the work and it passed immediately. Thank you Sina for your work. It was greatly appreciated.

Sina was very proffessional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. He checked, by-passed the switch, ordered and installed a new pressure switch on my heating furnace and also cleaned the flame sensor as well. In addition I was suprised he did the condensation test on my furnace and passed. Whew!

I am not happy with my present thermostat that I bought a year ago and I don't know now which one to get but when I told him He sold me the Honeywell pro series. I definitely like it.
Happy with the result. I highly recommend it.

Heating is running good and well until a couple of days it stops. I called sina and he immediately responded. I hesitate to call because it's already 8:00 in the evening however,
He did come and checked to see the fault code on the furnace and turned out to be code 7 meaning that the system has failed to establish a flame.

Code 7 issues that cause this problem are faulty gas valves, faulty flame sensor, faulty burner and low gas pressure.

Since he checked everything previously except the faulty gas valves he thought it could be it but he did not assume until He did some diagnostic test first and even took out the collector box just to determine if it was sending a wrong signal into the system. Finally the gas valves are not the issue and I save $700. Wow

The work is not done yet today is 23 of December, 2021. It is a very cold winter. Let's watch and see.

Hopefully it works. If not he said he is still doing some research and will be back soon and also inform him if it stops again.

Fortunately the furnace runs smoothly well for the first time with no down time and it’s almost six days now from December 23, 2021 to December 29, 2021.

For me as a newbie and have no knowledge in HVAC this is an educational, Learning and satisfying experience because he let me be involved in the process.

Sina is such an honest and humble guy. He has a lot of patience and truly committed
to his work and to his community by providing excellent and diligent work either day or night.

What can I say? My experience is truly blessed from a frustrating scary cold winter with no heat to a remarkable happy ending. Not to mention my previous sickening experienes with different contractors.

I highly recommend Sina 100 percent. You won't regret it by any means and hopefully you may have a very happy warm winter like me.

I had A/C installed at my daughter's place in Guelph and called Local Heating & Cooling due to his high ratings on HomeStars. I spoke to Sina and found out he actually did work on my heating/ac at my place in Aurora.

Anyway, Sina does great work and is very professional. When it comes to a/c and especially furnaces....it's not so much the brand of the unit, it's all about the installation!!

At the end of the day, the most important question is would I recommend them to family & friends or would I have him do more work for me....it would be YES.

Sina fixed up a gas line for a new stove for me. He does incredible work, is extremely knowledgable and offers you an educational experience. He has great conversations and is extremely intelligent about his trade. Could not have been happier, it was an 11/10 experience
