We had a squealing dryer that is relatively new. AJ was easy to contact, prompt and was very knowledgeable.

After a thorough check of my oven, AJ ordered a new bake element as the one I had had burnt out. AJ came back the very same day with the ordered part for the replacement. I had sleeping newborn twins at home, he did the replacement so quietly that he didn't even wake them!! I'm very appreciative of the job, he went above and beyond.
