Elntin and his colleague did an awesome job for my condo bdrm today, and all within approx 3 hours. His communication, responsiveness, and professionalism with flooring were all a 10 out of 10. I'd highly recommend and will use them again if I need any flooring done. Elntin, of Ocean's Flooring, was employed to level the 50 square foot floor of a second story washroom, which was warped by flooding which transpired years earlier, and then lay new vinyl tile on the levelled floor.
Elntin and his two assistances arrived at our home on the agreed day and time. Elntin and his two assistances were courteous and professional throughout the repair process. Elntin and his assistants performed a excellent job of rebuilding portions of the floor which were previously uneven by as much as ¼ to ½ inches and levelling the overall floor. The tiles laid were straight and level.
The $715, before tax, price paid for these services was very competitive with other quotes received and the job was completed in one day, taking about 71/2 hours. I would happily employ Elntin again.

I contacted Eldin (Oceans Flooring) to replace the flooring in the bedroom and living/dining room area. He was extremely professional showing up with floor samples and helping me make the best decision for my needs. The work was originally scheduled for a later date but Eldin and his team were able to fast track this project and have it completed a lot sooner than expected. The results are incredible. These guys were very thoughtful throughout the process and extremely careful with their work. Move everything around with ease and back to place when finished. I was very impressed how they took care of everything so perfectly without any disruptions to me. I would definitely refer Eldin to everyone looking for high quality work. I will also be calling Eldin again when I'm ready to change the floors in my other rooms. We hired Oceans Flooring to install new floors in the whole upstairs, including the bathroom and stairway. Not only did they deliver as promised, they exceeded expectations. The job was completed in two days and they went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. They put our furniture back in place and left the place tidy. The wood laminate floor was damaged after a dishwasher leak and needed replacement. After posting on HomeStars, I was immediately contacted by Elntin of Oceans Flooring. He was ready to go and see the floor on the same day and give a quote. I gave him the job after two days and he was on site two days later with his crew. They completed the job on the same day which was very convenient for all involved. I live outside Toronto and I was fully dependent on the recommendations that he made - from wood laminate type and colour to trim and moulding. I would like to thank Elntin for all his efforts and the job well done and would recommend him to anyone looking for a good craftsman able to work with speed, accuracy and minimum supervision.

The floor of my house was in poor condition, I phoned several companies and Mr.Eldi came from Oceans Flooring. HE was very good at his Job, when the floor was finished he was in fantastic condition and the house looked like new, everything was in its place. I had Elntin (owner) come and install engineered hardwood flooring in my hallway which was approx. 10ft by 3 ft. He also had a kid helping him.
First of all my baseboard heater had to be removed from the wall before installing new baseboard. I could tell he wasn't experienced removing heaters because he used a crowbar and pryed it off the wall instead of unscrewing it causing a chunk of drywall to break off. He then took a hammer and smashed it open in order to removed the wires. Not professional at all. The transition strip of wood by my bedroom door was put in crooked and he had to come back the next day to fix it. He fixed it but not totally correct...it's still a bit crooked and he also cracked the transition strip from hammering it too hard. I will end up getting someone else to correct that. Also they had all their tools and wood scattered in the hallway preventing my neighbours from being able to walk by. I had to ask the kid to move things for me. And lastly they left a mess behind. He must have tracked glue on my flooring because it took me about 3 hours to clean it off my floors as well as caulking slopped on things such as the side of the baseboards. I could have done a neater job with the caulking than him. I'm used to working with people who have higher standards and an eye for detail. He was at my place for approx 7 hrs and I thought he was overpaid for the quality of work and the hassle he created for me. I would never recommend his company to anyone. I'm totally disappointed.
