Our KitchenAid Range oven was not working correctly, slow to heat and not achieving correct temperature. We called Unimaster and Alex arrived at the scheduled time. Our model of Range presented a difficult diagnostic situation, but Alex was very professional and persisted until he found the source of the heating problem. We are happy we called Unimaster.

Our 20 year old dryer heating coil broke. Roy arrived on time and was able to figure out how to fix a really old dryer, and found a heating coil to install. Our washer and dryer is old but solid. Roy was courteous, knowledgable and the job was completed in a timely manner. I really appreciated that he also patched the washing machine water hose. I would definitely recommend this company. Roi came one day after we called. He did a very professional repair and cleaned the Samsung dryer (which also was very dirty). Being impressed by his professionalism and very good attitude, we asked him to come again and clean other two dryers (Frigidaires). He came two days later and again did a great work.

After our fridge started to go warm, I looked at reviews on this site to find a good repair company, and Unimaster was the only one who would come on a weekend to diagnose the issue. They came back the following week to replace a bad thermostat and compressor fan, and we thought it was fixed. But on the following day the inside lighting started to malfunction. After more visits and money spent on the issue, the problem was not resolved and we were told they would contact the manufacturer for a solution. About a week had passed and never heard back from them. We made several attempts to contact them but no one from the company responded back. Finally we had to call a different repair company who discovered immediately that when the new thermostat was installed, wiring related to the lighting were mixed up and not properly connected, which caused the malfunctioning. Based on this experience we are unable to give a good recommendation for Unimaster.

My fridge broke, they fixed it, came quick and got down to business right away, even cleaned up all the dustbunnies behind it. The dispatch was friendly and so was the repair technician. A+
