Dryer Vent Wizard Of Calgary & Southern Alberta

Our dryer vent goes up 9ft then turns horizontal for an additional 25ft. It hadn’t been cleaned in several years. We called Dryer Vent Wizard and booked an appointment. James came over, inspected the vent and provided an estimate/scope of work to clean the vent. We approved the estimate/scope of work and James proceeded with the cleaning.

James was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and was very efficient. He completed the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after himself and provided before/after photos of the work. I would recommend dryer vent wizard for any dryer vent related work.

After our dryer vent/ducting detached itself in a very inconvenient way, James came to the rescue and was able to reattach it using all the right tools to get it done quickly. He communicated wonderfully, called within the arrival window promised, showed up when he said he would, and charged a very reasonable price to get our dryer back in service again.

We didn’t know that a few months earlier, another vent cleaning company we hired had blown lint into the vent and compacted it creating a fire hazard. The a dryer Vent Wizard tech came in and actually went into the attic where our dryer vents and took photos and showed me the issue. We also had a screen on our vent which wasn’t to code that he removed for us. He told us about some other incorrect materials used for the vent portion off the back of the dryer and explained everything in detail. My clothes actually dry now and our check vent light is off. Would absolutely use this company again.

My dryer vents out the roof of my house and James the dryer Wizard was recommended to me. I am extremely pleased with the service James provided. He was in time (early actually and called to let me know he was on his way). He explained what he was going to do, took pictures of the Ducts prior to cleaning, and then pictures after the ducts were cleaned. I would highly recommend James the dryer Wizard.

the venting in my condo was a mess when I moved in. I called dryer wizard and they gave me my appointment within a week. He called me and was right on time and looked around the building and my condo and gave me his diagnostics and pricing and used the best material to get the job done right.

Great job replacing my dryer vent hose and vent and cleaning the duct pipe. James also reconnected the dryer duct properly

My dryer stopped working after telling me the vent was clogged. Tried to clean ourselves but could only access part of vent. James was able to clean vent and also put new end on the outside vent and made a new vent for back of my dryer. He also put cage on the bathroom vent. My dryer vent is about 9 meters from ground
