Encore Airduct Cleaning

I am extremely satisfied with Encore and with Pierre in specific. He was detail oriented, polite, and professional. He went above and beyond by even fixing an air ventilation issue that I had on the left side of my house. An issue that even the h-vac guy couldn’t fix it. Mind blowing.
I will definitely use them again.
P.S. They even provided me with a new furnace filter.

Great service, our house felt like there was something in the air for a long time and after the duct cleaning its a completely different experience. The air is clean , it's easier to breathe. We recently moved into this house and the duct cleaning that was done before by another company was not good but after this air duct cleaning the whole house feels fresh. The service began with my first call with Peter. I am new to this country and was not sure of what all I needed to do. Peter did not try to oversell but in fact ensured that I took only the services that was required and also ensured that the guy who was sent to service advised us on what was needed. Pierre who was designated for this service was prompt. Came on time and did an IMPECCABLE job. He was very clean, ensured that he threw in a few services when he saw that we have two infants who could use with sanitized air, went over and beyond his call.of duty to find leaks and sealed them using his material and went on to advise us what we need to be doing otherwise. The same service which would be less personalized would have cost double. Pierre was so diligent and extremely professional. I would recommend these guys to everyone I know. So delighted with their service.

The tech arrived promptly on time and was very professional. He explained the entire procedure in detail and the job was well done with no mess left behind. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and will certainly call Encore again!

Service tech came in smelling of cigarettes. Found him to be a little abrasive and finished the job in about 40 minutes. He refused to show me the dust collected.
