Recently, I had a heat pump and a new furnace installed. Right from the start, I had a feeling of confidence with this company. I decided to proceed with this company due to amazing reviews, Shawn and of course, the quote. Shawn was amazing to deal with. Very knowledgeable, professional courteous and efficient. He guided me through the process and educated me on the heat pump. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
Ben and team showed up on time to do the intallation. They were very efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. They cleaned up after themselves and respected our home. I would highly recommend this company to deal with. I will do business with this company again.

City Home Comfort recently supplied and installed a new gas boiler and indirect water heater at my fourplex. It was a somewhat complex installation, but they were very professional, and did an excellent job. Many thanks to Chris, the installer, Chris, the owner/estimator, and Shawn, the project manager.

We were looking for an HVAC system and I received many calls with quotes for this work. I was impressed with the service that I received from Shawn (Snr Project Manager). Shawn called me and explained everything in detail over the phone and by email. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. Shawn provided 2 options on his quotation, and we signed up for a Heat Pump which was installed within a week.
The installers, Moe, and his assistant Haider, were polite, easy to deal with and did a good job.
Would deal with City Home Comfort again if ever needed.

My A/C unit needed attention and Shawn dispatched a technician who knew what he was doing and had the system running properly within 45 minutes. City Home Comfort stands behind their work and that's important for me.

As you can see below CHC did reach out and I sent them the invoices I was charged by another company to repair CHC's mistakes - they said they would follow up with me after reviewing. It has been three weeks now and there has been no contact from them so I will take that as confirmation and affirmation of my review below. Worst company ever!

Worst company ever. Never, ever use them. They installed our new furnace/heat pump incorrectly. They tried to fix it a couple of times with no success so then they (Shawn) totally ghosted us. Furnace was repeatedly shutting down and we had no heat in the middle of winter. CHC refused our calls. We had to work with Bosch ourselves - who were going to void our warranty because CHC made numerous mistakes - we had to hire new contractor to finally fix the issue. On top of the $14k we paid for the new installation, had to hand over $2k in other contractors to finally fix. Bosch has now flagged this company as a risk.
