John was a lifesaver! There was a major mix up with our new gas stove being delivered without being installed. After frantically calling gas line installation companies to no avail, John answered and said he could be there in an hour. Not only did he arrive when promised he had the stove installed and valve replaced swiftly. He was very thorough ensuring there were no leaks and all the burners were working. He also went above and beyond and inspected the gas lines in our house and fixed the gas dryer cap for no charge! John, you made me a customer for life!

John was in touch with us right away. He serviced a gas fire place that had been out of commission for more than a decade and got it blazing nicely. He was very helpful with our questions.

John was great! I was able to get my fireplace in my new home looked at and have the pilot light turned back on. John was great at explaining what he was doing as he was doing it. Also really appreciated him coming back to do a gas leak test! Great experience!

Overall a great experience. They identified the problem I was having with my gas fireplace and were able to provide a solution that stuck offered a very reaonable quote and stuck to the amount after everything was completed. Would definitely recommend.

John at Sarman Air connected a BBQ on Saturday labor day weekend. I had the work request posted on Home Stars. He replied within 24 hrs and followed up a few days later to check if every thing was fine. I will certainly look them up again.

Sarman Air and their team were excellent. They replied to my request for capping a gas line very quickly. I had the work request posted on Homestars and completed within 24 hours. You really cannot beat that level of service and speed. I will certainly look them up again.

My Navien tankless water heater hadn't worked well for 4 months during this Covid-19 pandemic. We didn't ask the plumer to come for troubleshooting due to safety concerns of both parties untill recently Ontario entered into Phase-III economy reopening. We thought it would be good timing to ask a plumer to do inspection in house. We called Navien technical centre at US, and they recomended John with his his contact phone number. I called John. I was supprised that he promised to visit my house for inspection 2nd day. He came to my house and had inspection, found problems and fixed it. Thanks John.
