Peter and crew were tidy, quick and accurate as the roof work was all completed on one of the few sunny days in December.

Peter was Great. Very thorough and detailed work. Didn't rush. Very prompt and dependable. Explained and showed me results.

I contacted Peter back in March to fix my roof as some shingles were coming off and we are anticipated a big renovation in a year - so didn't want to spend a lot of money. He came the same day to assess and was very reasonable and fixed it quickly. He also inspected the rest of the roof and patched it such that it would get us through one more winter. Excellent service.

This company was excellent. They came on time, worked diligently and carefully and were neat and tidy in their work. The roof looks great and withstood the test of a major downpour last night.

We requested a quote for roof repair and Peter arrived the next morning to assess the damage. The quote was fair and the work was completed a few days later before the next rain fall.

I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt response to my call and sending an employee to follow up on my concerns about possible animal damage to my roof (3 years after the roof was finished). It was especially impressive beecause the concern was small and unlikely to warrant a large scale project to fix. However, Global One understood that ignoring the problem could have a greater impact for the homeowner in the future.
Global one was understanding of my concerns and availabilty and scheduled a time that worked for me. They were professional and provided photos of area to explain what they saw when they assessed my roof. It turns out that my roof is still in perfect condition years later!

It's important when choosing a roofing company that service is readily available even after a previous job has been completed and money has been collected. The professional service for these little nuisance jobs is just as important as big jobs.

He determined the source of the leak, showed me photos of the problem and repaired the roof right away. The whole procedure from my initial phone call to the completion of the repair took place in less than one day.

Petr and his crew were prompt, professional and very thorough. I was very pleased with the workmanship as the shingles were laid pristinely!!! They cleaned the entire area afterwards and not a single piece of shingle, nails or otherwise were anywhere to be seen!
