Pete and Ali were both very professional and prompt with all telephone communications, including updating on scheduling in a very busy time for roofers (Toronto wind storm May 2018). Pete and his team arrived when they said they would and began working right after after explaining their work with me. Pete also pointed out some damaged that I didn't notice, and said they would also take care of that. Global One did great quality work for a good price and were friendly and courteous. I would hire them again and would happily refer them to others.

We experienced some significant damage during the recent May wind storm. Even though it was really hard to get a fair price and fast response for emergency roof repair, Peter and team took care of us.
They set and met expectations and got the job done as promised.

Peter repaired the roof on my 3-storey Victorian home. He did a great job. He responded to my request quickly, was punctual and did a great job of cleaning up. He even pointed out a repair that needs to be done on my chimney. I would definitely use him again in the future and highly recommend his services.
