Not Just Caulking

Matt is not only one of the nicest guys you'll meet but also does great work. We hired Matt to replace our window caulking on our 2 story home last August and could not be happier. He is very meticulous and professional. A lot of time was spent removing the old caulking and replacing with the new caulking (with the correct tools) so it was done properly. His prices are very fair in comparison to others. (refer to 1st picture)

He is also a hero (to my parents) who around the same time hired a few guys to replace their window caulking and were almost swindled. (refer to pics 2, 3 & 4). These guys charged a lot of money, did not have the proper tools and tried to rip off my parents. They left them with horrible work on their 2nd story and luckily they had not paid yet and we sent them on their way. We called Matt immediately and as busy as he was... he managed to squeeze in my parents job before winter. Not only did he have to do the job but also fix the disaster these guys left behind. Once again, he surpassed our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt (Not Just Caulking) to anyone.

Matthew and his partner did an outstanding job caulking around my exterior windows and doors. They were polite and very helpful. My daughter-in-law recommended them to me and I am very glad she did.

My exterior windows and doors needed the existing caulking removed and replaced. Matthew was professional, his work was excellent and he left the site free of any debris. He even fixed some of the metal flashing that had come away from the wall that could not be seen from the ground. Overall we are very happy with the services provided

I was referred to Matt after having a very hard time finding a company or someone to do this precision work. Matt was easy to work with and was very communicate through the process. Matthew did outstanding, precise work. We needed our kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, front & back doors re-caulked. He removed the old and worn out caulking and laid down new. Some outfits would just have put new caulking over the old, which you don't want! Matthew also hung a heavy door for us and replaced old weather stripping with new. We want to have him back to do the exterior of our home!

Matthew is a competent frendily reasonable person. Business is business, but matt was engaged and forthcoming at every point during the contract. His business completed caulking on over 22 windows and bay doors at my industrial building and subsequently the same at my home. Fantastic job!... and he pointed out any building concerns he noticed along the way without any assumption, or motive to be the individual required to complete any of his suggestions. I fully reccomend not just caulking, for not just caulking... matthew the owner has extensive experience with home building, but doesnt act like he does. He doesnt force anything on you, but I reccomend you you listen. It's hard to find somone with ethics, values, and compassion like he has. I am very impressed and satisfied with the work done by M. Stillar around my house. From the first visit, when we called him for an emergency situation, to subsequently assessing the work to be done, and, the, to provide an estimate for the removal and replacement of the caulking around all the windows and doors, Matthew acted in a very professional way... He used modern equipment to do the work and was very efficient and careful in completing it. Some may not consider this work a major undertaking, but for us, it was a blessing in disguise...!!
