Received 3 quotes for the job. Quality Age Build was not the highest or lowest but provided confidence that they knew what the job would require. They got clearance from the gas, water and electric utilities locations before starting the work. Dug the area, waterproofed the wall, installed drains, refilled the area, cleaned up and left the area tidy. Work took one day and I'm happy. Have to wait to be sure there is no leakage but so far I'm happy!

We hired Quality Age Build for our basement waterproofing. Yuriy come to the house and very professionally walked us through the process and what needed to be done. He was thorough in his analysis and took the time to explain the various steps needed to remedy the situation. The team showed up to the complete the work at the agreed upon time and date. "We were having leaking issues into our basement after replacing the concrete with interlocking. The process seemed to unsettle the area and that resulted in a leak.
After some problem solving we decided to waterproof the back section of the home, secured three quotes and selected Quality Age Build.
Overall they provided great service at a reasonable cost. They dug, installed the appropriate weeping tile and then returned the interlock.
When we had a leak in another section of the home, they quickly came to see the work and added that section into the weeping tile as well.
