Prompt and professional service to repair our garage door which had a broken spring. Reg was courteous, wearing appropriate PPE and got the job done properly and in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend this company.

From the very beginning, Reg from Aladdin was polite, considerate, and informative. With his guidance, I avoided an expensive (heavy door) purchase to something more fit for purpose.
Garage door was installed at the arranged time and with care. Reg was able to answer most of my questions.

Garage door motor replacement

Garage door has been violently opening lately. Reg spotted the issue instantly with a bent spring housing. And sure enough the housing failed the same day. Reg was by the next morning with a replacement rail and motor and had it installed in no time. Very professional and courteous service at a good price. I have no hesitation recommending Aladdin Doors to anyone requiring professional garage door maintenance or repair.

Reg replied to our request for service promptly and came by our house for a consult on the long weekend. He replaced our worn out overhead motor and encouraged us to stay and observe. He explained the different steps during installation, answered our questions, and provided safety, operations, and maintenance tips. He ensured the site was cleaned up and took all old parts and packaging away with him.Very polite, conscientious, and safety-minded. Would definitely recommend!
