Matt and his crew are amazing! He showed up on time with 6 guys, and prepped the area with unbelievable care. Covered our A/C, as well as our neighbours, covered our windows and doors and garage doors. Always on hand, and happy to answer any questions, and address any concerns. Did the job in 2 days. Immaculate clean up! Definitely reccomend!

Penny’s Roofing and General Contracting completed our roof renovation in a couple of days. Matt and his crew are extremely organized, and at the end of the day, they cleaned our entire property up, even though they were coming back the next morning. Matt used a magnetic broom to clean-up any roofing nails that may have fallen into our grass for safety reasons. Matt gave us a quote several months prior to the job and there was no price increase when the job was finished. Finally, Matt fixed a couple of areas where our roof board had rotted and installed an extra roof vent in the process. We’re extremely pleased and satisfied with Matt and his crew and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Matt for your roofing project.

Work was done in a timely matter. They were very respectful of our property. When they were finished everything was cleaned up as though they were never there. Fair price, very happy!!

Matt and his crew worked at our place for 4 days. We needed shingles removed and installed. The job had some challenges with two 90-degree pitches and a tight squeeze between the homes. We hade 2 skylights installed and they cleared away a chimney and an ancient antena.
They were courteous to our neighbours and Matt was responsive whenever we had questions. We would use him again. Thanks.
