The team at Glass Ninja was great, they were timely, accurate and had the best price. The job was completed as promised and on time. We're very happy with the final product. I would not hesitate to use Glass Ninja again or to recommend to others.

I had a small project that I needed help with. I required 5 glass shelves for an existing upper kitchen cabinet. Vlad at Glass Ninja emailed me promptly and offered advise on glass thickness and provided me with a quote that was very reasonable. Vlad projected the shelves to be ready within 6 days of ordering. When I advised that I would be on vacation on the pickup date, Vlad was able to bump up my production date and have the shelves ready in 5 business days!!

What I loved most about the experience was that Vlad and company treated my tiny project as if it was the most important order they had ever received.

We needed a balcony glass enclosure on our 2nd story. Glass Ninja installed the glass onto welded CLR steel components perfectly. Vlad has integrity and helps you along the process. I would definitely recommend Glass Ninja to get the job done right.

We needed a railing for a split level dining room overlooking a living room. I had looked around for other glass companies before and had people come out and give quotes and never follow up. Vlad from Glass Ninja took a look and was quick to return, measure and offer suggestions. After the install, we noticed a manufacturing flaw in one of the panels. Vlad came back, saw the flaw and replaced the panel. Service was great and I'd highly recommend.

While the cost was higher than I would have hoped, the serviceman arrived well within the designated time window so there was almost no waiting around. The serviceman clearly knew his stuff and came prepared with replacement hinges to do the work in one visit which I truly appreciated.

We had a small project to complete - installing glass railings for an L shaped den space and installation of a rolling glass tub door. I contacted several spots and Vlad and co were by far the easiest to deal with. Within a day of calling them I had a consultant over who measured everything and offered good ideas and suggestions. I also required work done after hours and on weekends and they were very accommodating. Work was done with minimal fuss and with a high degree of professionalism. Very happy with how it turned out, highly recommend their services.

Prices were reasonable as well.

Vlad was very responsive, which was great since the first contractor I planned to hire didn't get back to me. I was able to get the work done quickly and for a good price (similar price to other quotes). The team that completed the work had issues accessing my condo and were very patient/understanding as I had given them the wrong code for the lockbox. Overall, quite happy.

This company is top notch!
Vlad came ASAP to quote and the next week came and installed and the installers were excellent in all areas. The product is top with gorgeous chrome brackets and handles. No need to look anywhere else. This is the best company!!!

The Glass Ninja team provided exceptional service at a competitive market rate. They were friendly, skillful and work very efficient. The job exceeded my expectations. My only issue was that the I was not able the get the preferred handle length of bath door enclosure. However, I would definitely used them again.
