I found Yevhen on HomeStars and was impressed by his reviews. He was fantastic! Extremely responsive to my texts, clear in his answers. My dishwasher broke and Yevhen came to repair it; it was old, and he suggested replacing it as it would save money in the long run. Appreciated the honesty, as he could have repaired it and thus charged us more.
I had a few questions about the new dishwasher - he answered those promptly. I then hired him to install the dishwasher and remove the old one - he did an excellent job and even carried the old one to the street for pick up.
I was very impressed by the speed of Yevhen's communications and his speed of service. I would hire him for any future appliance issues.

Yevhen was very professional, pleasant and works hard and efficiently. He analyzed the issue with the ice maker and did an initial fix, requesting we follow up next day to see if it was the initial issue or a secondary issue. Second day he came back, replaced the secondary issue (water pump) and all was working. He was knowledgeable, honest and quoted the exact price. He was always on time, and very professional. I will be using him again. I recommend him for appliance repairs from our experience.

I have worked with Yevhen a few times. He's extremely reliable and honest. He's fixed problems for me very quickly but also when something was beyond fixing he would also tell us too. Highly recommend it!

Whenever Ive an issue with my appliance, the only person Ill contact is Yevhen. He responses message quickly, also reliable, detailed oriented and friendly. He gave me a detail report of his diagnosis and also teach me how to maintain the appliance. I wish I can give 15 out of 10!!

Prompt reply, good communication, courteous service. One of Yevhen's technicians came to assess same day, then returned the next day (a Saturday) with the replacement part and quickly fixed it.

Called Yevhen. He responded back by text very quickly. He was on time for the appointment, was able to diagnose the problem. He explained what he needed to do, gave me a quote and fixed it on the spot. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
