They arrived on time, began working immediately after reviewing everything we needed to have carefully packed and in what order we wanted it packed.
We originally contracted for four people but after thinking it over we ended up using six people and it really was a smart move and ended up saving us money.
We could not be more pleased with their careful packing, especially because we have so much kitchen items and dishes. (Each dish was singularly wrapped and marked accordingly.)
And finally, when it was time to put it all in the storage place we ordered it was nothing short of a miracle that The team got everything in. That alone will save us several hundred dollars a month.
In other words - great service, careful packing / moving and they did their very best to satisfy our particular needs.

Quoted 9K charged 13K, all furniture did not fit in truck, had to find another company to finish the job. Should of had a representative come look at what we had to move, probably charge everyone extra for the same reason. This move ended up costing us 17K and Number 1 sent a worker with COVID if you can imagine, we ended up with COVID ourselves, mine was so severe, I had to go to the hospital. Also we needed to stay at a Hotel for 3 days unexpectedly because they changed our move in date without giving us notice. This move couldn't have been worst, THIS COMPANY IS TOTALLY A JOKE, NEVER MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY.

This place is a nightmare. Please don't trust them with your belongings. Definitely don't believe their fake promises. Their petty replies are just for show. You will end up heart broken if you let these people into your house. You can't get them on the phone, always goes to voice mail. They were late dropping our load off and also lost a shop crain, medical shower chair, several boxes and totes with personal items and collectables. There were damaged items as well. Do yourself a favor and find another company. They say they can't find the lost items so that's theft. If you have to move long distance DO NOT USE THEM

Extremely professional. They got the required documentation done for the move within a day. The movers were very detailed orientated and packed everything perfectly. Significantly better priced than other companies, they bring all the required materials for moving and pack everything for you. This is the only moving company that I am pleased with and would highly recommend to anyone.

They lost parts of my record collection, microphones from my studio, Heirlooms, sensitive documents, computers, entire pieces of furniture. Send movers that bad mouth you. I could go on and on. Unless you have a good lawyer and enjoy wasting time, money and your sanity. Do yourself a favour. Find someone else, anyone else...

I hired this company to assist me with my move. Moving is difficult enough but this company was amazing in its logistics, professionalism & courtesy. Moreover, on the day of my move, 3 gentlemen were extremely supportive, kind & patient with me as they saw that I am under medical care. These gentlemen were prompt, cooperative & very time efficient workers. They had me packed & moved by the late afternoon! I would never hesitate to highly recommend this company to anyone that needs to move & need the great help that these company & its workers provided me with! I have used MANY movers here in Hamilton for my business and personal, and I have to say Number 1 movers and his team did the most incredible job moving my furniture. Their attention to detail is unmatched. They arrived on time, were extremely professional and conducted the move without stress. Even months later when one of the items they packed was found broken at storage they turned around and had it replaced for an even better item than the original. Thats first class service and its much appreciated. Many movers would probably try to deny fault, but without hesitation they took care of it and made good on their promise. Thats great service. What a great service! So professional, polite, experienced, trustworthy, and conscientious. They took control of the whole moving process and did a superb job. Moving and rebuilding the furniture was a real bonus and they were able to get all of our stuff packed and unpacked with no stress or any issues. The team really took care of our belongings and clearly took pride in their work and customer service. I must know how good they really were and how competitive their pricing was too. They did an exceptional job for me! I had lived in the house for 18 years and had accumulated so many things, like we all do. I had the items packed and number 1 movers came in in a very professional, organized, attention to detail, safe, and highly thought out way. They assessed the volume of items, wrapped, blanketed and combined my belongings, loaded them into the trailer with precise design not wasting a square inch of space and made it all happen perfectly! I cannot rate this company high enough! The communication was impeccable, they arrived exactly on time, and were positive, smart, caring, and very goal oriented!
