Our garage spring was broken - which meant I couldn't lift the door even with the emergency release. We called ONC after reading some reviews on HomeStars and they came right away. They gave a fair quote/price, the service was excellent, fast and of high quality. They even lubricated all the rollers, hinges, springs, etc. and gave me tips on maintaining throughout the year and gave some honest advice on questions I had about options for future work related to the garage door. I would definitely recommend them!

John came ahead of time. He did a perfect job. He had all necessary tools and parts in his truck. Entire job which included replacement of two springs, one side cable and complete replacement of old chain based opener with new belt based opener took less than two hours.
