Evan and his team did a superb job in renovating my home. Evan provided his feedback along the way throughout the whole permit process to remove the structural wall in the kitchen. Once the permit was approved, his team was quickly scheduled in and they completed the job efficiently and neatly. Their quality of standards were high and they were very punctual. I will be using their services again in future projects.

Evan and his team provided a great job renovating our newly bought house. The project included three bathrooms, staircase, entire house floor, kitchen, accessories and painting. Evan provided a cost estimate at the beginning and the project costed almost the same. The timeline of the project was as Evan promised at the beginning and we could move-in according to our schedule. We especially liked his responsiveness and flexibility when we had queries and questions during and even after project which provided us peace of mind.

Evan himself took very good care about the outcome of his work and In general we are very happy with most aspects of the work specially bathrooms, stairs, construction and electrical work, lights installation. However the paint work can definitely improve in terms of patching of un-even surfaces and the paint job itself. After finishing the project, the team also came back in a timely manner in order to fix small issues that we had spotted.

Evan and his team did a wonderful job on time and with attention to detail. We took our time to review multiple companies and Evan the project manager provided the most confidence in his design and estimates which was in line with other companies.. We did the renovation during the pandemic, and the team observed the appropriate health and safety protocols, wearing masks etc.
The renovation was done on time according to the original estimates and Michael, Jax and team communicated on a daily basis whenever our input was required as well as accommodated some of our requests. They even helped us fix a few extra things around the house and route the ethernet and cable wires pre-drywall.
Key to the renovation is to check with them when things were required from the owner's side such as surface materials(tiles, flooring), vanity, and have these ready at the agreed time.
Evan communicated very frequently and also enquired when other teams such as the shower glass enclosure people were due to come for installation.
Will definitely recommend Evan and his team to friends and family and use them in future projects.

We are absolutely delighted that we chose Jiangs Renovation for our project! The initial quote was competitive with others, communications with Evan were excellent throughout, the workplace was left spotlessly clean when the project was over, and Louis, the gentleman who did most of the work in the basement, was fantastic at his job and was an extremely courteous and trustworthy individual to have working in the house. Several of the neighbours even remarked on his strong work ethic as they had noticed him arrive at the house early every morning and stay well into the evening. Evan, Kevin and Ming did an amazing job with our 3-bathroom renovation! The master ensuite had a very tricky layout but they were able to work with the original structural to minimize our costs and time to delivery.

During the evaluation process, we had interviewed several highly rated contractors on HomeStars. The selection for Jiangs Home was based on their attention to detail and all-inclusive expertise for washroom, living space, and electrical. Evan was very diligent and provided clarity during the quoting process, which was thoughtfully crafted to include multiple scenarios based on our home structure.

Throughout the project, all the milestones were met, structural and design work done to our specifications, and to our surprise, completed in entirety ahead of schedule. That is unheard of for renovations!

Above all, what stood out was the level of expertise, integrity, and honesty of both Evan and team leader Louis. They always came through with what was promised and flexed creativity with challenges that were beyond our control. Evan even assisted with acquiring materials and recommending vendors for purchases when requested.

Home renovations can be emotionally and financially taxing, keep in mind that initial quotes aren't always final and many times contractors will come back with change orders due to omitted tasks to keep the quote low. So, while Jiang's Home was not the lowest quote, they provided transparency and stood by their work as exactly outlined without surprising costs.
