Goldenfinger came to my place on my request and provided a quote. Since they have not done any work in my home before, I was skeptical at first but their professionalism, flexibility and politeness won the contract from us. They asked for about 10 days and completed the project within that period. Their work is absolutely amazing. These folks are very caring and kind, which you do not see these days. They were more focused on doing a top job as opposed to making money. I wish I knew them many years ago. We are truly enjoying their work. We are really happy with the work that David and his contracting crew did with the framing, plumbing and finishing of our basement. The project was quoted at a good price and completed on time. David and his team not only worked quickly, but were also neat and accurate with their finishes and millwork.

They exceeded my expectations by keeping the job site tidy at the end of every day by disposing of trash, and storing tools and materials. David also made recommendations for us throughout the build so that we could be confident that the work would be of high quality.

Overall, the work that David does is excellent, and I would recommend his services.

We are extremely pleased with our finished basement that David has done. His work is accurate, professional, clean, and very thorough. David (with the help of his son as his interpretor) was able to satisfy all requests that we had to complete our renovation to our satisfaction. They worked very hard each day and worked most days from 9am until 7pm including weekends in order to complete our renovation in the time that we had hoped for. Our new living space has been a pleasure to look at and use each day and we are very satisfied with having a completed basement. I highly recommend Goldenfinger for your renovation project!

It's a small project which needs to replace the bathtub and place the new tiles in my washroom but they did a good job. They are responsive to what you are asking. I think this is very important because this means they care about what you think. They also did a great job and my washroom looks excellent now. I recommend them to you.

Goldenfinger Renovation & Contracting Ltd. framed, drywalled, painted, laid flooring and put in potlights. They finished the work beautifully and within the time frame they gave us. Their quote was extremely reasonable. They were very easy to work with (we communicated with his son or with one of the workers on site) and made sure we were on the same page at all points within the project. Their finished work was clean and pride was taken in their work. We have yet to meet other contractors with such integrity and plan to continue to use them for future projects. Mr. Wei is a very professional and honest contractor, upon initially meeting him for a quote, he took exact measurements of the basement and discussed a feasible layout for the renovation. He left us with a good impression and respected our requirements for building materials.

His price was fair compared to others. His son was very helpful from beginning to end to translate and relay the messages to his dad. Communication is very important and Mr. Wei and his son ensured we communicated effectively throughout the renovation.

The renovation was a great success and met our expectations on quality and craftsmanship. Customer satisfaction was demonstrated at every step of the way from planning, choosing materials to the building process.
