Rick and his team were great. Very clear communication and easy and prompt booking of the appointment without a lengthy back and forth process. Windows were done thoroughly and they even spotted and fixed a clogged downspout while doing an upstairs window. Upstairs windows had not been done in more than 10 years and although Rick cautioned it might take a couple cleanings before they were completely clear (due to built up deposits), they look fantastic after jus this first time. I will definitely be adding Cleaning in Action to my home upkeep list from now on. Their work was outstanding and they were easy to work with.

I was referred to Cleaning In Action by a friend who highly recommended them. Rick and his crew were friendly, fast and very efficient. They cleaned the windows, screens / sills, my hallway light pendants, ceiling fan and my deck glass. My house now looks bigger and brighter.

We had our gutters cleaned and I was amazed how honest and good this company is. I had issues with the draining of my downspouts and Rick said it was a nerf ball and a badminton birdie. Rick said its no charge because it was just these two things. I gave him money anyways to at least pay for the gas! Thats how honest he is. Great people!
