Work was generally well done although supervision was necessary for higher quality work to be completed. Kinda felt some of the trades were not providing perfect work. We demanded better quality work for what we were paying. Backsplash installer installed tile free hand and didn’t use spacers which resulted in tiles not lined up properly and different areas of grout being thin or thick in various areas. My doorbell video and doorbell wiring was also damaged by flooring/baseboard installers, forcing us to hire an electrician to redo the wiring so that it worked again. End result of renovations we were happy with but it was disappointing that we had to insist on better quality work to be completed.

Renosphere did a fantastic job of my mother's bathroom and we are very pleased with it. The bathroom was ripped out to the studs and replaced with all new tiles, floor, cabinets, countertop. They also made a custom vanity and a side cabinet with four doors and shelves made to fit the space. All was quality work with attention to detail. Ali was wonderful to work with and all the workmen were polite and cleaned up at the end of the day before leaving. We also really appreciated being able to go to the showroom where we could see many samples of tiles, countertops, cabinets, fixtures and colour swatches. I highly recommend Renosphere.

Had my kitchen reno, along with laminated flooring in the kitchen, dining and living. The floor was replaced, the ceiling was stucco. This was not original in the planning. This was managed very quickly not to delay the completion of the renos. The ceilings and walls were painted and taken care of . The Cabinets were installed very efficiently and beautiful. Compliments all around. They were able to install most of the appliances. We love the all round effect and would definitely recommend Reno Sphere for their work.

The job involved total renovation of a condo, including bathrooms, floor, paint and patch, potlights, closets and all doors, as well as the removal of a kitchen wall to create an open concept kitchen-living room space.
We went through various quotes from homestar recommended contractors and decided to proceed with Renosphere because their quote was clear, they were very responsive and within our budget. Ali, the pm made sure we had a clear scope of work before proceeding with work. We are very happy with the job and most importantly with them fulfilling the timeline request. The job was done in approximately 6 weeks and we were able to move to our new apartment as planned. Renosphere was also flexible when coming to final selection of products and materials for the work. He provided assistance with design and coordinated all electrical, plumbing and construction work to meet the ikea kitchen installation timeline, which was happening simultaneously. The crew worked long hours when needed to meet the deadline and they were committed to the work till completion. We are very satisfied with their work.

New hardwood flooring in all bedrooms and hallway upstairs - very helpful with moving of furniture and very professional service.
