I have used TJ's services few times already. My clients have been satisfied every single time with thorough inspection along with thermal imaging. He is very punctual and emails out the report the same day. He is knowledgable and resourceful. He explains to clients how extensive the damage is and gives an estimate how much it's going to cost them if they were to get it fixed. I will use his services again and will recommend to my friends and family.

Home Inspection review in Whitby

Received Thiru (TJ) Manoharan's reference from our real estate agent as we wanted to get the home inspection done.

He was on-time and did the complete inspection with thermal scan to our satisfaction. He answered all our questions with patience and provided an amazing report within 2-3 hours.

I'll definitely recommend him and will use in future inspections as well.
