Great workmanship and job was completed on a timely basis. I would highly recommend Dunn General Maintenance and will use his services again.

We needed some work done to sell our house. David responded to our HS request and brought Jake, who was a friend and fellow contractor. The two were a great pleasure to have in our home for a few days and their work was excellent. The nature of drywalling naturally precludes a tidy workspace but they ensured everything was covered in plastic sheets. The tiling was a patch job and it was a nearly invisible repair. Very pleased with everything.

David is a true gentleman and great at what he does. In our time of need, David fit us in and did fabulous work at our place. The deck looks great,
plus he found a solution to cover the electrical panel and water lock off that looks so modern! He did an excellent job beautifying our home (caulking, patch repair, painting, etc.) in a timely and proficient manner. Thank you David for the work and for being such a great person!

Drywall fixing and finishing the kitchen ceiling where the other contractor left a poor taping job. All Dunn did an excellent fix and left the area clean and tidy.

David did a great job painting the flashing above a bay window and around the roof line.He was very friendly and professional and was meticulous in his work. I would recommend him in a minute to anyone looking for his services.

David was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot express how happy I am with the counter top install. He recommended a place to purchase a counter top, and they were almost as good as he was! Seriously, if anyone needs a countertop installed I would not call anyone but Dave. T

We've been calling around all day for a company that does small urgent masonry repair work and David's company came up as highly recommended. He picked up the phone right away and very honestly let me know upfront that unfortunately he doensn't deal in that area of work, but if I'm not too sure of what the other companies are telling me I can call him again and just get some advice from him. He sounded very friendly on the phone and showed a lot of integrity and genuinely cared about our problems despite not being able to directly assist us or earn any money on this. David exuded positive energy and it's such a breath of fresh air! I chatted a bit with him and it did a lot to relieve the stress of not being able to find a contractor to do this job.
