My front entrance was in desperate need of an upgrade and throughout the whole process, Alex was very professional and took the time explain everything and made sure I was happy with everything. Our interlocking patios needed repair work, cleaning and re-sanding to get out the weeds, moss etc. Alex and his team did a great job.Communication was extremely clear and concise. The job was complete on time and was very carefully done with attention to detail.
There were absolutely no surprises in terms of pricing or workmanship.

I should have written this review last year but it's never late, I guess to complement someone for a nice job!

Alex, along his hardworking crew (Johny, Sunny), helped us with multiple projects in the summer/fall season of 2020. We had just moved into a new house and there were so many little, irritable things that needed to be taken care of right away!

Contacting and booking Alex for an in-person appointment was easy. Alex showed up right on time. We discussed the project and exchanged ideas. Alex shared the quote within 24 hours. Both my wife and I was happy with the quote and decided to go with Alex as we felt comfortable after meeting/talking to him (didn't get that feeling with other contractors).

It was a fairly big job and it took almost 7 days to finish everything. Alex and crew took their time and made sure that everything was done correctly without rushing to complete the job.

First, Alex and company took out all the backyard patio stones, re-leveled/graded, and put back the stones ensuring that the original pattern was not disturbed at all...not an easy thing to do given the sheer number of stones. The crew ensured that the grading was done properly so that the water would move away from the property. Finally, Alex applied two coats of high-quality sealer. But, before that, Alex himself power washed the windows etc., and cleaned up all the mess. Throughout the process, the crew took appropriate steps and ensured that the pool didn't collect the dirt or debris. My boys were back in the pool as soon as the sealer dried and the smell vanished (next day)!

Second, Alex, Johny and Sunny moved to the front of the house to install nice 50MM Unilock interlocking stone in a border pattern around the driveway asphalt. The crew displayed utmost professional while at job. Once the job was completed, Alex and company even washed my neighbor's driveway and cars. They also ensured that there was no dirt or debris left on the road or around any of my neighbors property.

Third, the crew sealed the asphalt once the border pattern was installed to make everything eye-popping. So many of my neighbors have complemented us on the job nicely done! We still keep on getting good comments from our friends!

Finally, Alex and crew returned back in the fall to install the sod! Again, great professional results without any fuss!

Overall, I highly recommend Alex for the services he provides for the high quality, reasonable pricing, professionalism, and the right attitude of his crew members. They listen to suggestions and are more than willing to work with client's ideas ensuring that everyone is pleased with the final outcome.

I know whom am I going to call this season to have the flagstone installed on the side of my house. Cheers!

Alex and his team did a lovely job of removing and re-installing my asphalt driveway in a timely manner. I have received multiple comments from neighbours that the work is exceptionally good looking. Alex has also followed up with me regarding my concerns re asphalt ending up on other parts of my landscape. He took the time to come back to my property to power wash the area until I was satisfied. I suggest a plastic barrier to avoid these issues in future. Alex has also followed up with me regarding my unfortunate situation that right after the new paving, a can of paint was accidentally dumped on my driveway. This will be corrected with sealing in the Spring. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work that has been done and I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

After years of attempting to clean and sand the interlock on our own, we were losing the battle to weeds until we found Seal-It and team. Alex was truly professional, knowledgeable and prompt from first call to quote through completion of the job. Highly recommend as we haven't seen this type of work ethic and attention to detail in a long time. Thank you Alex for your excellent work and help to get our corner lot and stone looking brand new.
