Randy and his crew finished the job on time and on budget but more than that, I really appreciated their attitude, attention to detail and friendly demeanor.

This is the second time we used Randy and Redwin to service our rental property. Professional and great workmanship. He will always our first call when we need help. Thanks Randy

First, a HUGE thanks to Randy and his Team (Mike, Jordan and Kamila).
We had a great feeling about Randy from our first meeting to discuss what we were looking for. We are so pleased with the work.
1) brand new install of basement bathroom. We didn’t have one and now we have a beautiful shower, toilet and sink with grey and white colour scheme.
2). Total demo and rebuild of our very dated en suite. Loved the basement bathroom so much, we stuck with grey and white. Gorgeous tiles stand up shower, floors turned out great.
3) 2nd floor kids bathroom...floor done, old tub and tile pulled out and new tub we chose installed. Love it. Kids do too!
4) lastly, the Grand Finale...the “cabin” as our youngest calls it. An 18 x 22 covered patio roof, parallam beams, tongue/groove cedar, ceiling fans, potlights etc.
4 projects that we couldn’t be happier with!

Randy was easy to deal with from start to finish. No “surprises” along the way. They were all professional, punctual, polite, tidy, and patient (as I sometimes had to think out loud haha!). We were happy with our quotes, started when they said they would etc.

I HIGHLY recommend them and I have no doubt we will be in touch in the near future as we still have more plans for home improvements. No more searching for contractors...we found the best!!

Randy and his team were great. Work was on time. Quality of work was exceptional. Will be calling him for future work we want to have done. He is our go to guy.

Randy and his staff did a wonderful job expanding our small half bathroom to include a bathtub and rebuilt our bedroom closets.

Randy was very trustworthy, easy to contact, and consulted us frequently about our design preferences. During our estimate, he distinguished himself from other contractors by spending at least an hour with us and sending us a very detailed, itemized estimate/quote.

Will definitely work with him again on future projects.

Randy and his team came in to renovate our attic, build new stairs to the basement, and repair a water damage in the kitchen ceiling. The workmanship was excellent and done under budget.

What I appreciate the most in Randy's work is his responsiveness. He always promptly answers emails and text messages. Being on a busy work schedule, email is the best way for me to communicate. I have never had a contractor that was so responsive before.

Overall, the best renovation experience I have ever had. And this is something considering I have lived (and had renovations done) in three different countries prior to this.

Overall,

Randy and Camilla did a total gut on our bathroom this past August. Randy made great suggestions for finishes and products, was very responsive to those inevitable issues you find with an older house (like a blocked main drain). We had full confidence leaving on vacation for 2 weeks while he and Camilla got to work. Camilla's attention to detail is quite obvious as was their desire to get things just right. Thank you.

So then we had Randy come back to do out front porch. Another job well done. And squeezing the job in on one of the hottest weekends of the year so that it was done before Ian's knee surgery was very much appreciated.

Installed doors, washer and dryer hookups, built nook for washer and dryer, installed a new window in basement cutting foundation.

Redwin Contracting was great to work with. Randy was quick to provide a quote and was able to do the job when I requested. I'm happy with the painting that was done and would recommend them to friends.

They started on time and completed the job to my satisfaction. They cleaned up daily which allowed me to continue my life as best that could be expected during construction.
