Gas range service

Gas Line Installation review in Niagara Falls

Smelled gas from my range even when it was not in use. Had someone come to take a look at it and he informed me of how to check for gas leaks and gave me lots of tips and advice on the gas range and using a gas range in general. He was very informative and helpful.

HI,
Acutally our wall oven was having problem . It won't work. whenever I power on, it will trip the circuit breaker .
The technician was so great and knowledgeable. Thanks for fixing .

Kitchen aid fridge

Fridge had water draining under the fridge. Repairman was able to fix the clog. Also, repairman was very knowledgeable and answered all are questions. Also gave tips on other appliances. Would recommend him.

This is the most unprofessional repair company I have ever encountered...do not let Henry in your home...he damaged our fridge and floor... overcharged for repairs... refuses to return calls... more than 5 weeks have passed with no proper resolution...

Company Response: The customer bought a fridge that was scrapped by the manufacture , thermador. The model and serial tag is missing which means we cant order parts for fridge. Also the sealed system has been tampered with ,and there is no freon tag on the fridge. This means if we were to repair it , there will be a $100,000 fine to the technician and a $250,000 fine to the company. The customer was not charged for any service.cust bought a scrapped fridge ,and now he wants us to fix it. I am sorry but we cannot help you. The customer bought a fridge that was illegal to buy.illegal to service.

standard appliances ltd is a great appliance service company. Standard appliance repair ltd is not.standard appliances ltd offered us grest service because they factory service for the manufacture. They triaged the call and had the parts in there tryck to complete the csll in one visit at a reasonable price

LG Dishwasher Repair & LG Steam Dryer

Henry came to our home-had no regard for our home and personal belongings. Ruined my carpet- scratched my dryer, damaged the steam drawer, screw remaining after he fixed dryer-2 weeks later squeaking began. Dishwasher repair, he broke the drain hose and then charged us for it. Used dishwasher for the first time and found a panel from the dishwasher in the tray-wondering what that belongs do. Placed my clean clothes on ground. He was unable to provide quote and then over charged us in the end. LG sent them-I do not recommend this company.

Company Response: the customers dishwasher was leaking. it leaked a couple of drops of water , and for that the customer replaced his carpet.with the customers dishwasher it had two leaks, one at the front and one at the back. with lg there is several service bulletins that applied to the customers dishwasher and therefor lg had known quality issues for this model, that the manufacture acknowledges and was willing to pay for the repair.the customers dryer was stacked on top the washer.several screw were stripped and could not be taken out easily.we basically fixed the unit and had ordered panels to replace the ones that were damaged during disassembly.by the time we had recieved the cosmetic parts(which usually take longer than functional parts) the customer stopped calling us back to finish the call.

Fix dishwasher in Milton- stay away from Henry!!!

ALL - I hired Henry to fix a dishwasher and he over charged my credit card and never paid me back the difference. The invoice shows an amount that's smaller than the amount charged to my credit card. You should seriously stay away from him and from this company. I believe Henry is the owner. Read his reviews and be warned!!!!!

Company Response: this customer called in for his bosch dishwasher. his tenant had left the dishwasher very dirty and the customer was charge for the cleaning of the unit. he also had a whirlpool double oven that was not working. the customer thought the dishwasher repair would also cover the repair of his oven. he was charged accordingly,and a fare price for his repair.
