I had a problem with my garage door as it wouldn't close all the way down. The company that originally installed it did a poor job and there was no way I was going to call them for service. So I tried Alibaba Garage Doors and am I ever glad I did. The owner, Hicham, showed up himself, fixed the problem in less than 20 min and even taught me how to maintain the door properly to prevent this from happening again. Great service and would definitely recommend.

Alibaba did a quick survey of the failing system and recommended repairs and lubrication. Job was done professionally and at a reasonable cost. Very knowledgable technician.

Replaced garage door springs , very efficient knows his business. Recommended upgraded steel springs for heavier door and included a small tuneup tightening bolts and oiled rollers.

After reading the reviews here on HomeStars I felt calling Hicham was a no-brainer. He was able to come by within the hour I called (luckily for me he was finishing with a client nearby). My garage door was in need of re-balancing after receiving some damage after a car bumped into it. Hicham analyzed the problem and quickly solved the issues in a very friendly and professional manner. Not only did he fix the problem I called him about, he also tightened everything up and realigned the door rails without charging more than he originally quoted on the phone.
