Lt Integrity Improvements

I was in the market to fix up the irrigation around our house. I wanted to bury a few downspouts, re-grade the interlock to keep water away from the house and fix a few cosmetic cracks and some heaving on our existing interlock driveway.

I called Leng. Very responsive, he called me back within an hour or two. He stopped by within a few days to give me a full quote. After considering a few others, I decided to sign a contract with Leng for roughly 4 days of work.

I was very impressed on day 1 when Leng brought a large crew of roughly 10 folks. Fast forward, very few surprises and very open communication throughout. Even with a bit of rain, Leng and his crew were done on time! We discovered a few minor issues a few weeks later, and again Leng was very responsive. He offered To stop by within a few days and offered a few different solutions at no extra cost. He came back without needing any reminders, which I have found rarely amongst my Reno and construction experience. I am looking forward to working with Leng again.

Leng and his crew had done some smaller jobs on my property - repointing brick, levelling a pathway - that worked out well. But one job, on my porch roof, didn't end well and I had another contractor re-do it.

Leng, shortly after the job, had a family emergency and I didn't hear back from him, at first. But then he called and agreed to give back a substantial amount of the money I paid him and his crew.

He also apologized about things going wrong. I think this is more than fair, and I think customers, judging by this episode, can be assured he will try to make things right.

He and his crew are also cheerful and good-natured. And they work quietly - no boom-boxes to entertain them, and that's a relief. They thoroughly cleaned up the site.

Over the past five years, LT Integrity has done a lot of work for me. They have done interlock, installed yard electrical, built a gazebo, repaired 60 feet of fence, constructed a gazebo and did various small repairs. I have been extremely impressed with the quality of work and the service. My fence was blown down during the wind and snow storm early on 4 April. The fence was repaired by 8 April. I recommend them to anyone.

Leng and his team have done a great job with a number of jobs on our property in the last month, including the parging on our house, fixing some cracks on concrete steps out front, topping up the soil on our front lawn (to make it level with our driveway), and then also the installation of a new interlock patio in our back yard. Leng and team have all been very courteous, professional, efficient, and have performed quality work on every project. We're looking forward to working with Leng and his team on future projects. Would recommend.

I cannot say enough about the superb services provided by LT Integrity. First of all, they were prompt in responding to my request for a quote by visiting our home and presenting a quote later that afternoon. Secondly, the quote was thorough and reasonable. Thirdly, and of significance, the word was started and completed ON TIME as promised. Fourth, the work crews were extremely polite and attentive. They explained what they would be doing each day ... and did it. Fifth, the quality of workmanship was excellent. The drive looks smart, elegant and solid.
