Lt Integrity Improvements

I had to write a review because I was so impressed. We treated ourselves to a complete bathroom renovation after long consideration and went with LT. The guys were so respectful in our home and our bathroom looks like a million dollars!! We had made a few design changes along the way and they were very understanding and patient with us. New tub, shower, vanity, everything!! So happy. Thank you Leng and LT you have really made us happy.

This company did not come to the property when scheduled repeatedly. When they eventually showed up they couldn't do the work because they didn't have a ladder. Then they didn't show up again because they still didn't have a ladder. Not sure what's going on there. Nice guys though - when you can reach them.

TL;DR : I would not recommend doing business with this company, and will not seek their help for any further project. This was a fairly small and not overly complex project, and yet the result are below grade and unpolished.

We hire LtII to rebuild the kick-plates around our kitchen island, make sure the Island is stable and well supported and properly install a newly purchased dishwasher that was temporarily setup. Here is most of my exchange with Leng, following his team's work at my place:

"- Key result agreed upon: The legs underneath the island are solid and straight, and there is enough of them.
- Work completed: I had to mention this twice, AND get on the floor and highlight that there was only 2 legs, one being damaged, supporting one side of the island. Only then was it offered to improvise additional support with 2by4 and reinforce the footing and support. So yes it was done, but only because I insisted, it seems.

- Key result agreed upon: The dishwasher is reinstalled in line with the cabinets per the installation manual (original hardware is available) : - Work completed: This was not accomplished, as per the pictures, the Galvanized Pipe Strap is still used to maintain the dishwasher in place, the plastic siding preventing humidity to get on top of the dishwasher was not installed and the dishwasher is not in line with the cabinets. There is improvement there, but this was not achieved.

- Key result agreed upon: The new kick plates provide easy access for duct cleaning and the dishwasher water cut off valve.
- Work completed: The new Kick plate does provide an easier access to the dishwasher cut off valve, but not for duct cleaning, as just like before, I would need to take a screwdriver and disassemble the kick plate to get access. So it's not like the kick plate was built to be opened, with a tiny lock, or event magnets, it's just as it was constructed before... so partial achievement there?

- Key result agreed upon: The work is completed at the latest by Dec. 20, 2019 at 4:00 pm.
- Work completed: The deadline was respected.

Additional notes : As you can also see on the pictures, the sides of the kick plates were assembled in a way that shows raw wood. 2 of the 3 corners were quickly coloured to reduce the eye sore, have I not mentioned it, it would have been left per the picture showing the blatant raw wood everywhere... I also needed to explicitly ask for a vent to be reinstalled on the kitchen side otherwise none would have been.

So, I mean, [...] I cannot say that this is a 10/10 review."

The follow up from LtII was inconclusive, they only seemed more concerned about getting paid than willing to improve the quality of the work or adjusting their invoice based on their actual results.

The vents are not fixed in place, the metal plates are just put there over the holes and they tend to fall. the job was done quickly with no attention to details it really seems...

So that's my review, Pictures are attached, we will not do business with this company again in the future.

Fast, friendly and reliable, was very happy to have the team able to arrive last minute before having family over for the holidays and do some installation work which was well done and very reasonably priced. Will certainly have them back for future efforts.

Easy to communicate with. Work area very clean and finished product looks good. Overall happy with work.

We have been wanting to do some backyard work for a while but have also been dreading the process involved. Having to research a company, get quotes, compare and be sure we were getting value for our dollar.

Leng and Matt showed up to talk to us about our project. Oddly enough, we found that our family member had also used them. That boded well with me as I know they would have done their homework as well. We showed them what we wanted, they took their measurements and got back to us. They made some suggestions to the work we wanted and we were happy to have taken their advice. They showed up on time, worked hard and the job was done on time. You can tell they pride themselves in their work by how clean they left the work area.

One big thing that was appreciated was their professionalism. They were not blaring music and dropping F bombs every two seconds. We didn't feel like we need to apologize to the neighbours after the work was done. Funnily enough, our neighbour was having work done and you could hear the music blaring and the workers swearing every two seconds!

We will be contacting them again for some inside work in the near future.

Leng was very responsive and friendly. He was helpful and had good advice when estimating the work. Unfortunately the project took several days longer to complete than estimated, and communication about when his crew would be on site was inconsistent. The finished slab isn’t square, but it works, and does the job.

The entire team at LT Integrity Improvements are excellent; from the initial consultation through installation and finishing, these guys know what they’re doing and the results are stunning.

Leng provided valuable design suggestions at our first consultation meeting for the replacement of our back yard interlock patio, which was very much appreciated. Amazingly, the team started the day after our signing with him and worked steadily until completion with uninterrupted service day to day. Leng also provided a quick, cost effective solution to an issue that came up during excavation (and we forgot about). The installation team were always professional in their daily tasks and cleaned up the site debris at the end of every day. We highly recommend this team of outstanding professionals and we will certainly pass on Leng’s contact info to our networks.

Matt and his team were very quick to respond to my inquiry to have our front walk interlock done. It was a small job so they were able to fit us into their schedule very quickly and they completed the job within 48 hours. Excellent workmanship!

2 years ago, we got Leng, Matt and their team to have our driveway done with interlocks and a small retaining wall around our tree. They did an exceptional job in a short amount of time.
This time, my husband and I decided to get our backyard done since we now have a little one and we would like her to have an area to play with. We contacted Leng in the morning and he provided us with a quote that afternoon. We were satisfied with the quoted price and Leng and his team started work the very next morning. Again, the team did an exceptional job in a short amount of time.
We highly recommend Leng, Matt and their fun and outgoing team to anyone.
