I had an old 20 years ac and it wasn't working, so i contacted Pro Climate to fix it, Bob troubleshot the unit with me and told me some steps over the phone, but it wasn't working, so they had to visit me, and they said it needs a new condenser, it will cost me too much so they recommended getting a new Heat pump, which I am glad to have, they are professional the installer was a well educated one told me everything about the unit and there were no hidden fees, Highly recommended, thanks, Bob, pro-climate team

My a/c broke down and Pro Climate came same day to install new unit.
I had lots of questions, they were very knowledgeable and explained everything.
I was very impressed with the owner coming to assess our needs before the installation and again after to make sure the installation went well.

My furnace and a/c were functional but very old and I knew they could die at any time. Given the government rebates available, I contemplated switching to a hybrid heat pump / furnace.
I got one quote that was quite high and I wasn't convinced it would be worth it, even with the rebate.
Then, ProClimate was recommended to me so I contacted them for a second quote. I met with Armando who completed an in-person assessment. He then met with me virtually to explain the various options and make a recommendation.
Armando was knowledgeable and patient, explained the various models and options (different price ranges and functionality), and answered my questions. He did not give me a sales pitch and I did not feel pressured. I felt comfortable with the recommendation and the quote.
The work was completed efficiently and to my satisfaction. They cleaned up, showed me what had been done, and how to use my new equipment.
I would highly recommend ProClimate, without hesitation, to anyone looking to replace their furnace and / or install a heat pump.

I do read reviews (and it has helped me a lot) but am not the type of person to write one. In this case here I feel obligated to write a review.
Armando, Daniel, and their crew did a great job for my HVAC needs. I went for the whole replacement of an old AC and furnace with a new heat pump and furnace.
Armando was very good at helping me with my decision (I had already decided in my mind what I wanted). He gave me a few options and discussed in detail all of them (no sales pressure, no old sales tricks).
During the installation the crew was on time and did an awesome job. It turned out I was lucky because my old furnace had a crack in the heat exchanger.
Once the installation was done, they did a follow up to make sure I was happy.
I decided to go with Carrier and their Infinity products and there were some hiccups from Carrier, but PRO Climate did everything to make sure I am happy, and the equipment is up and running.
There was another follow up where Daniel performed some more fine tuning.
What can I say very happy with PRO Climate. I recommended them to all my contacts and colleagues, and I know at least one of them used PRO Climate already.
