We had a finished bathroom that didn’t have a fan, which was causing the mould build up on the ceiling. Jiyan came to asses the area and showed up with his crew in a few days to install a fan, ran the ducting necessary, taped and painted the ceiling entirely. We are amazed at the quick turn around. The work is also handled very professionally. We are really pleased with everything.

I met Jiyan at a job site he was working on.We had also been wanting to finish our basement. He came down to take measurements the same day, in a couple of weeks his crew finished all framing, insulation, drywall and taping.
When the tiling was done, they came back to do all the flooring, trim, doors.
We are really happy with his communication, he is always available in case we had a question.

We had Ecolux recommended to us via the tradesman that was already working on a project at our home. We wanted to shift some walls around. Jiyan came to our home the next day, gave us a reasonable price and started the following day. Wall removal, drywall, taping & painting of the room was done in 4 days. We were amazed by how they took their work seriously, were on time every day and left the job site spotless. We are already looking into getting more work done by them. We would highly recommend them to all the home owners.

Jiyan and his team at Ecolux Contracting did a fantastic job. They came everyday until the job was done, and they created a masterpiece in my backyard (an overhang and a window cut to a door). They are very professionally mannered. I am very pleased with his crew. I strongly recommend them.

We had an old shed that was falling apart, Jiyan from Ecolux Contracting came for a consultation first and the following week they were on site to demo the existing shed, and by the end of the following day everything from the roof, to the doors and windows and shelves were done. We are amazed at the level of professionalism the whole team had. We are thrilled to have them come back to do our deck and fence soon.

Our unfinished basement had so many nooks and crannies that made it feel totally cramped. We are planning on finishing it next year, but until then we wanted to utilize the unfinished space.

The team did a fantastic job quickly gutting all existing finishings, walls, and an old bathroom, and were clean, efficient, and great communicators.

We'll definitely be contacting them again when it comes time for more major renovations.

My partner and I were looking into getting my bathroom updated and got a few quotes for this project. Ecolux was the most professional in their approach to guide us in the right direction. They were also on budget. From the initial quotation to start date was about a week, and they gutted the existing tub, converted into a shower and were done in just about 2 weeks.
