CAP Waterproofing is a great company. I’ve used their services many times in real estate transactions. Recently, they repaired 2 leaks on an investment property I sold. Great work. On time. Fantastic crew. The issue originally was pointed out on a home inspection. CAP Waterproofing came in and saved the deal, completed the repairs in one day. When the repair was checked by the home inspector who returned afterward he was very impressed, he said the work was done perfectly. Highly reliable and trustworthy company.

The whole staff and crew at CAP were very professional and efficient when the work needed to be done. The whole crew was very helpful and friendly. The work was done in a timely fshion.

CAP does great work! The team is professional and friendly. The workers had to dig a trench 50 feet in length and then install the necessary waterproofing materials, which was done with attention to detail.
