We had Racoon in the Attic for a while and when contacted Mr. Bashir came immediately with his sons , saw the area and set a trap for the racoon. Mr. Explained us how it works and also followed up with us for two weeks to ensure the Racoon has gone from the Attic.

We heard noise in the attic early in the morning, so we called North Star Pest Control, they came the same day and quickly diagnosis it was a raccoon. They sat up a one way door at the entry and we didn't hear any noise the next day, they also guaranteed their job for three years. Very nice and friendly people to deal with! Thank you!

We had just purchased a new home and saw a raccoon in our kitchen. We got her out because she left through the window which we promptly closed. However, we heard noises in out laundry room ceiling. We asked a friend about what we could do. He suggested we call North Star Pest Control. They came the next day and were very polite and knowledgable. Very friendly and very professional. Offered same day service even though I called at 5pm. They were very experienced and more affordable than other companies. Were able to help successfully remove a skunk living under my deck in a humane way. Will definitely call them again if there are ever any other pest issues.
