What a concept! A socially conscious startup that puts both the clients and cleaners first. Hurrahome found us a wonderful and thorough cleaner in Tina. She is amazingly thorough and professional (she had worked for hotels, military families, etc). If you are in need of household help, look no further.

I was looking for an independent home cleaner but wasn't sure how to find someone in my neighbourhood. I came across HurraHome by searching online and my experience with them over the past 6 months has been excellent. I really appreciate the fact that they do background checks so I can feel comfortable and confident about who is coming into my home. They are also there to act as an intermediary if you have any concerns with your cleaning service. I also love that I can pay through credit card with the option of tipping. Lastly, they ensure each cleaner receives a fair wage, which is the reason why I wanted to go with an independent cleaner in the first place as opposed to a large-scale company.

I love this company. They have matched me with two great cleaners in the last 18 months. Each of them listened to my needs and addressed issues in a professional manner. I also really like the HurraHome website, which is super easy to use to set up appointments. I recommend Hurra Home to everyone.

I love the concept that you can find a cleaner who lives locally and who works for him/herself. I also love the fact that the cleaners are fully protected - bonded and with insurance and comes with references; takes the leg work away. Despite the fact the first cleaner not working out, the customer service rep, Blake, was amazing to work with. He distilled what we were looking for in a cleaner and matched our needs to someone who was a great fit. He went above and beyond in communicating and making it work for us. We now have Jocelyn who is truly a part of our family.

I contacted HurraHome looking for home cleaning assistance due to illness. Although they did not have a cleaner available at that time who serviced my area (Thornhill), within a couple of weeks Blake found a wonderful lady Kamla who was available to come to my home every 2 wks. and we have formed a true professional and personal relationship. Kamla's cleaning skills are beyond reproach. She takes her time to make sure that all areas are spotless upon finishing her tasks. Kamla is quiet, caring, respectful , trustworthy and very friendly. She has been with me for almost 3 months and I intend to continue our relationship. Futhermore, Blake of HurraHome is very accomodating and follows up with his customers to ensure their satisfaction. This service helps to match cleaners with households. The communication with HurraHome was clear and the payment system is very simple. You can rate your experience with the cleaner and provide feedback. We have had our cleaner for a few months and are happy with her work. We also appreciate that HurraHome operates with ethical rules that ensure cleaners are paid adequately.

I am deeply disappointed with this cleaning service. I had contracted this service to have a deep cleaning of my home and initially contracted for 8 hrs. For the first 3.5 hrs, she hardly did any visible work and when asked to scrub the tiles, she left my house in a mess and barely did any noticeable work. She was very slow, had poor work ethics, and the quality of her work very poor. I had dedicated this day for a deep house cleaning and my house ended up being more dirtier and I end up working with her for continuously for six hours and two hours (8 hrs) after she left to clean what she left in a mess. She kept on repeating that she can come back for more hours, but failed to do what she should have done today.
