We reached out to several home inspection businesses on Homestars. All but ONE suggested an air test upfront without doing any preliminary overview. That ONE was UMC. Priya made us feel very comfortable that our basement smell issue was going to be assessed before we ran into any expensive costs that mostly likely were not necessary.

Simple small job; mold contained in closet that has been seeing leaking for a while. Set up containment area with hepa-vac, removed paneling, vapour barrier, and insulation. Treated the whole area. Cleaned up afterwards. Job was done as specified.
