The CAS provides very poor information about delivery and installation requirements for purchases. This is a crucial part of the purchasing process and they fail to provide full and accurate information about what is required. I purchased a washer with delivery and removal of the old appliance included, but was not told that the delivery people will not uninstall the old machine. This situation remains unresolved. They really need to have better trained sales people and improve their communications with their delivery and installation service.

Just found out about this company on the Bosch internet site.

Ordered via phone, excellent service, ordered on Sunday and available for pick-up, as promised, on Tuesday.

Excellent follow-up by the person who took the phone order.

CAS are doing perfect things for any buyer with a great price I have done really quality appliances almost half price Sales person was great and delivery was on time and perfect I never went to CAS all deal was made through internet and phone I certainly recommend them

I was looking to purchase a Samsung RF23J9011SR refrigerator. I spoke to Mr. Laurent, who provided me all the information necessary and answered all my questions. I purchased the appliance and I will probably be contacting Laurent soon to purchase a 18 cu ft horizontal freezer.

I was very satisfied with the service that Laurent provided.

Went looking for an appliance for our condo, very limited choice. With the help and support of Daniel Torres we were able to make an informed decision and are happy users of the Bosch dryer/washer. Daniel helped, telephonically, even when our installer wasn't sure what to to do.

I'm renovating my house and walked to to get an idea of prices and it was the first store I went into when I finally met the sales rep Nicola Buttino and was sold on his service , professionalism and the the way he explained the products . I was so happy with the service that not only did I buy but called my sister to come as well the same day. He even went beyond his call of duty and stayed later to accomate my sister. I am truly happy with the whole experience

We moved to our new house and needed all the possible large appliances. Krikor Kebabjian made this purchase experience very easy. He was very friendly, advised on many things we didn't think before. All the process was through the phone and took 2 days, because we changed our mind and where not sure with the sizes. He was very patient. We'll need a few smaller appliances soon and he will be the first person to whom I turn for advise.

Mr.Mohammad Allmahmoodi gave me all information about the product I wanted to buy. He even compared this electrical stove to to a lowered price of other manufacturer. He is very pleasant and professional salesperson. If I decide to buy any other appliances, I will try to get in touch with him.

Sales rep Francois Matte was courteous and professional. No pressure just well informed. Prices here cannot be beat as they are the reference for all the competition. Decided upon LG front load washer/dryer and when I went back 3 weeks later with my GF, the price had dropped as they constantly survey what everyone else sells for and they make sure that they beat the price. Nice showroom. Lots of models. The place to go for appliances.
