Miserable experience as tenants, ended up paying more taxes, fees, and deposits than originally discussed. Fees were high, impossible to get anyone on the phone, maintenance request system was useless, and I ended up by-passing them all together to deal with the landlord direct to get anything done.
Had 4 drafts of the lease before they even wrote the address out correctly. The office staff was uptight and snobby to deal with, and accounting was just as much a joke. Sending late notices on rent paid a week early. Would not recommend as a tenant.

Being a realtor means I have to work with many associations. This company is unlike any other - in the best way possible! They are so responsive and helpful, which is rare to find. They posted a property which i was interested. Tried to get a hold of someone from this company through facebook- where they posted- through e mail. After 2 days, i decided to call and ask to see this propery. It was on a Sunday- they do work - and they scheduled for Wed afternoon. On Monday i saw on facebook that the property was leased. Very unprofessional. I would not reccomend if they treat possible clients in this manner
