I assume their service rate is $100.00/hr. As I was never informed until it was time to pay. After informing technician of the issue, he quickly examined the door and its movement. Never gave any mention to what the rate was. He began spraying the hinges and rollers with lubricant. Informed me that I can purchase such lubricant at any hardware store and showed me where to spray. Tested the door. It did roll much better. Then he slightly reset the tracks. Two minutes worth of work. Better movement again. He informed me of how to change the rollers if I decided to do so. Then explained the type of spring and how it works. Just over 30 minutes worth of work and talk. I'll believe the technician is very knowledgeable and thorough but it would have been great if he just would of told me to buy my own spray can of garage door lubricant and have at it. Found and contacted the company using Homestars and their email response stated that a free quote would be provided prior to work. Such did not happen. I guess the squeaky wheel gets the $10.00 can of grease at the rate of $100/hr.

Fantastic service, I called at noon to see if the could look at my garage door. They asked when I would be home and they made the appointment for then. They replaced the cables with heavier cables and made several adjustments to make the door and opener. To make it work perfect. You can tell they care about what they do, by the attention to the little details. Highly recommended.

My house was broken into through my garage. The remote was missimg and the keypad wasn't working and things had to be reset. roman was at my house within 24 hours and had everything completed. Made the ordeal much less painful.

We had our sensors and keypad for garage fixed. The service was on time as per schedule, fast and professional! Effort was made to stay in budget! I highly recommend!

Roman was super helpful was able to come fix a broken garage door spring. Thankfully he was available the same day I called when other service companies were closed on Easter Monday. He was professional and courteous and had everything he needed to make a quick repair. He noticed some problems with a hinge on my door (small crack starting to form) and was able to replace it and add some additional bracing hinges to the door for a small fee. He also inspected and lubricated my whole system and adjusted the door to have a perfect seal with the ground. I would definitely recommend his services.

Called during Christmas holidays last year. A tech was sent out promptly on Christmas Eve. Wade was very polite and knew his stuff. Price was excellent, and a lot lower than anticipated. Came on short notice. Communicated via text on arrival time or delays. Work was completed in very short order. Had replacement parts on hand. Works like a charm and practically brand new. Would recommend

Excellent customer service!!! The technician who serviced my property was polite, knowledgable, and reasonably priced. It was apparent that he was very passionate about his work, going above and beyond to educate me on how to properly maintenance my door on my own by lubricating the hinges and other parts.
