From the time of our roof issue being evaluated thru to completion, the entire staff was professional, friendly and upfront with every detail. Brady and his crew did a fantastic job of repairs and listened to every concern we had and did not leave until we were completely satisfied with the work.

We had the pleasure of working with Alexander (sales rep) after he came to our home while they were door knocking in the neighborhood. I usually am not a fan of door to door sales but he was very professional, polite and knowledgeable so we gave them a shot. We had received two other quotes to replace the shingles on our roof and we found ALR to be very competitive (not the cheapest but well below the top end quote). What impressed us was their ability to complete the job from start to finish in one day and the efficient communication with their sales and admin team. We would highly recommend ALR to anyone looking to replace their shingles.

Thanks to Vipin, our estimator and David, project manager and his roofing crew we now are reroofed with a great new class 4 (Iko Nordic) shingle roof. Pricing was very good, thanks to discounts from bulk installs in our neighborhood and once work started it was very quick (half day) for prep (tarps all around the house), tear down (with waste trailer on road so no damage to landscaping), and higher level on install (new flashing, drip edging, vents, goosenecks and abs boots and 6 nails per shingle) plus great cleanup of site. With significant discounts as many in the neighborhood were also signing up , we were able to get hail resistant class 4 shingles for price we expected to pay for basic shingles.
The only downside of being able to get bulk neighborhood discounts was that they were very busy and you may have to wait until crews (they have their own employee crews rather than subcontractors - which is another plus) and materials are available. (Our neighbors still are waiting for theirs). But I am happy to recommend their service based on our experience, especially if you can take advantage of even more discounts by signing up with neighbors.

Advanced Level Roofing gave us a great deal on the cost to replace the shingles. Great warranty. We received one day notice prior to their arrival. They completed shingling and yard clean up in one day. Only found 2 tacks in the yard. All in all great job.

My house was the first of four on my cul-de-sac to get its shingles replaced by ALR. The project took two-and-a-half days, longer than expected. Two other houses had their shingles replaced in only one day, probably due to ALR subcontracting the projects to larger teams than the one that worked on mine. Other than that, the shingle replacement seems to have been successful.

We recently moved in to a new house where the roof had obvious signs of age and wear and was worried about potential leaks. Brady had given a quote to my former husband so I gave him a call. He came the next day to give me an estimate and was informative and really personable and he gave me an affordable quote. I liked the warranty that was offered along with the service they provide.
