Expert Property Enhancements

The house is new to us but about 17 years old and the basement windows were beginning to leak a little where the parging was broken. Jason could see the issues right away and gave us a quote. He also noticed that the caulking was at or past its best by date and gave us a quote on replacing that.
The crew was here for a day and a half when promised. They did everything promised. The work was very well done, you cannot see where the new parging meets the old unless you know. The old caulking was removed and replaced with new. There are now no cracks or seams.
The crew was also very polite and helpful. There were no issues at all about chores we needed to do around the house. If we needed to be in a certain place, they just moved and let us do our work.

I contacted several companies and Jason provided a competitive offer to fix numerous repairs required on the exterior of our house (e.g. parging, chimeny repair, front porch face lift with new soffits, taking out old rotted fence posts and replaceing with new posts, inter locking the whole driveway). He was professional and his entire team worked hard to deliver an excellent finished product. His warranty on the work is pretty good too. I would definitely use this company for any work I get done in the future. Happy to recommend his company to anybody looking to enhance their property.

I replaced my existing front entryway stairs with stone steps with a little sitting area. I could not be happier with the work done! Expert Property Enhancements has a personable approach that makes for an easy starting point and overall great experience. I had put in some pavers a few years back and was never really satisfied with my work. I had been meaning to fix the issues but never got around to doing it. Jason just happened to be in the neighborhood and stopped by. We talked for a bit and he explained the work that should be done in order to make our property look new again. The work was done the same day and his crew were true to his initial promise of making our property looking great. We've had several neighbors come by and compliment us on the work. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or refer them to people I know.

Our front step to our home, which was interlocking, had deteriorated over time and the underlying concrete step had been partially cut away by previous owner. EP Enhancements skilled craftsman completely built a new and enhanced front step which is wider than the original and looks awesome. The color of the stones used works very well with the existing walkway interlocking leading up to the step. The step now significantly enhances the street appeal of our bungalow. We are very pleased with the job done and think the price was fair.

Needed my front steps and walk redone and got a few estimates from different companies. Expert property enhancements came in with the best price and was The only company that was actually on time. Adam and his crew showed up on time and we’re professional the whole way through with Jason on top of the protect. When the project was finished and I decided I wanted to make a small design change it was done without a problem as Jason put it “we just want the customer to be happy” would recommend them any time

Jason and his team were lifesavers. They did work that needed to be done to optimize the value of our house before putting it up for sale. Our experience with Jason and EPE was excellent, it's as simple as that.

This was our first experience working with EPE and from the start to finish communication was great - Jason was quick to respond to our emails and always returned our calls. In fact while writing this review and reflecting on our experience with Jason/EPE, the clear and consistent communication is something we really appreciated and one of the many reasons we'll be contacting Jason/EPE for our next project.

As for the quality of work EPE did, we feel it speaks for itself (look at the photos and see for yourself). Jason's team was polite, punctual, and extremely hard working. They clearly take pride in their work and were happy to answer any questions we had throughout the project.

At the end of the project Jason himself came by and walked us through the work that was done to make sure we were happy with the end result (spoiler: we were very happy).
