LeafFilter Gutter Protection

It took less than two weeks from when we called them until the install was completed. They answered any questions we had and also repaired the dents that were on the gutters prior to laying down the filters. So far, everything is operating as promised even with a rather heavy downpour.

First contact was by door salesperson who was presentable and friendly.
Second contact was our home visit, knowledge transfer of product and warranty application process.
Third contact was the contractor / installer who worked nonstop in 25+ degree temperature.
Fourth contact was supervisor/ repairman who checked the work after a very heavy rainstorm. Concerns were addressed and future items to watch for were given.
All this took place within a month! Well done!

We got this on our home and after less than a year the mesh they install came out in a window storm, they came a fixed it once and then when it happened a second time they refused to unless we paid over $100 in a service charge! After getting the service charge knocked down to $50+ the tech came out and told us we could have fixed it ourselves!

I will never recommend this product to ANYONE and regret our purchase in the first place as it cost us over $2,500 - For it to fall apart on multiple occasions - In less then 2 years!

While I am thrilled with the product and service the amount I paid is personal!

Very professional installers. They took down my old gutters and took them away. Then made just one long gutter for each side of my mobile home. They look great!

The workmen were on time; they worked quickly. They cleaned out the gutters first and installed the new filters. lastly, they cleaned up the work site.

The experience with LeafFilter was positive in all respects. We received a quote the day after we called for an estimate, and were provided with all the applicable rebates and allowances. The installation was done efficiently within a couple of days, on the day of our choosing. Some colour match requirements needed to be done to complete the job, all of which were done quickly and effectively by the company. A customer-oriented organization all around.
