LeafFilter Gutter Protection

During the job estimating process both the estimator and I discussed the need for connecting the top gutter to the lower gutter on the front of the house to correct an existing poor installation. The LeafFilter interconnection product we discussed was included in in the estimate, but this information or product was not provided on the material list given to the installer. The gutter interconnection was needed to correct the poor installation of the top gutter spilling water directly onto a lower sloped roof section before openly flowing into the lower gutter for drainage.

The installer realigned the slope of existing gutters and completed the installation in accordance with the information and material provided by Leaf Filter North in Edmonton. He showed this to me when asked about the deficiency of the missing LeafFilter interconnection product. He would pass this information on to Leaf Filter North and they would contact me to schedule the missing intallation. No contact made at the time of this writing (Saturday, 17 Sept 2022)

From start (in person and on phone) to finish the employees were polite, professional and went over and above to be sure I was satisfied. I did need to call them back as there were a couple leaks but they were most accommodating. It seems there were difficulties in the past (according to some reviews) but from my perspective and results I've had so far, they deserve another chance!

The entire process from sales to installation went very smoothly and quickly. All dealings were done in a professional manner, and we are very happy with the results. The work was done very recently so I can't tell you how everything works, but it looks like it was done properly and should last. Highly recommended.

The installation technician arrived punctually and worked quickly and professionally on the job, which was completed fully in approximately four hours.
