Adrian called me to see exactly what work I needed done before coming in, to be sure he brought all the equipment needed to complete the work, saving time and money. He completed the work without any disruption of our services. The work was done quickly and the invoice was much less than I expected.

I called Chris at 8AM to inquire about a rate to complete the work. The rate was more than reasonable. When I inquired about scheduling, I was quite surprised when Chris said that he could have Adrian here at 11AM! I accepted right away! Other places were giving me a timeline of a few days or a week.

The job was done quickly and professionally. Any mess he made he cleaned up.

Very happy with the work that was done for me today by Adrian. Called this morning and was told I could have same day service. The work was done and I was charged what I was quoted. Will use Tru again.

I called Chris, the owner, and explained that I was in quite a time bind to get some work done. He managed to get two guys out to my rental property to take care of stuff for me. The guys were on time, professional, polite and great to work with. The best part was that the on site guys were problem solvers and made recommendations on ways to address certain on site issues saving me money in the long run. I have now asked Chris if he can do some work in my sisters house! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tru Electric and his guys to anyone.

TRU Electric employees were professional at all times during the scope of work preformed. They were on time on the days that they were scheduled to preform the assigned worked. Recommendations were made by the TRU Electric team which improved the overall design of the basement development. I would recommend them in the future for any size of project.

We dealt with Adrian who was very helpful. Initially, he was on another job but gave an approximate time as to when he would be with us. He phoned before to let us know he was on his way. He was professional and friendly, dealt with the main problem and another minor one. We would certainly use Tru Electric again, if the need arose and would not hesitate to recommend them
